South Bend is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Marvelous 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds await guests in the cozy bedrooms. With amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer for added convenience. There are yard games to enhance your time outdoors.
The kitchen is stocked with plenty of places settings. There are extras like a blender, toaster, convection oven, crockpot and more. There is a Specialty Ninja coffee pot to make your special brew. There is also a Keurig coffee pot as well. Any competitors out there will be delighted to know there is a ping pong table, board games, horseshoes, corn hole, and bocci.
For those who prefer quieter activities, there is a reading nook upstairs. An easy 1 mile walk to campus from the home, come relax and experience the tranquility of the neighborhood. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located under the awning capturing the two doors to the home. Enjoy your time in South Bend at our lovely house.
