Just 1 hour from NYC, our beautifully decorated, spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental is perfect for a family or friend getaway, offering a comfortable stay amidst natural surroundings (It's SO quiet at the house!).
LOCATION:
Situated in the middle of the lake, we're just a few minutes from West Milford, Greenwood Lake Village, and 15 minutes to downtown Warwick where you'll find the BEST wineries, cideries, breweries, restaurants, and local boutiques (Amongst many incredible seasonal activities!).
Weâve got everything you need for an adventure and fun-filled getaway, or a relaxing oasis in nature.

- Large + Multiple Outdoor seating areas and propane firepit
- Outdoor Dining for 8

- Yard for lawn games and play (Tons of lawn games located on the deck)
- 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and 1 paddleboard for lake fun included in reservation

IN NATURE:
With an abundance of natural light, a wall of windows, and a very quiet street and neighborhood, you'll be able to soak in the lake views, and peaceful surroundings from everywhere in the house - rain or shine. We're steps from the beach and lake (right at the end of our driveway!), and less than a minute from an abundance of hiking trails.

GUEST ACCESS
Inside you will have full access to 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the kitchen, dining, and living area of the home. Outdoors you will have full access to the deck, yard, and driveway during your stay.
You will not have access to the shed off the driveway or the laundry which is located in the basement storage area. However, should you absolutely require laundry during your stay, please reach out to us and we'll try our best to accommodate!
Other things to note
The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. So, you and your guests have the option of sharing a bed on the bottom or splitting one person sleeping on the top bunk & one on the bottom.

We're both creatives at heart - Scott's an architect, and Laura's an interior designer turned photographer. 41 days into dating in 2012 at a BNB in Switzerland, we declared that someday we wanted to own and run an Airbnb ourselves so we could share our favorite places with others. When we bought this house, we knew it would become a beautiful and fun project, but we had no idea just how absolutely magical this space would become. There is truly a MAGIC to this home. As soon as you enter the neighborhood and step up onto the deck, you can literally FEEL your shoulders starting to soften. Turn on the fire pit and the bistro lights up on the deck, and truly, all of the world's worries will melt away.
We absolutely adore sharing this space with others looking for a peaceful, fun, and relaxing getaway with their family or friends (we think itâs the perfect place for a family with kids, or a friend getaway for the weekend!)

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our home is directly across the street from the lake, and steps from our HOA beach open from 12-5 through the summer months for swimming when lifeguard is present. The beach can be used to launch the kayaks, paddleboard and canoe and is a great place to bring some food down for lunch, dig your toes in the sand, and wade in the water while you relax!
