This charming 2BR home in Warwick NY is just one hour from NYC! In 8 min or less you will enjoy hiking the Appalachian, wineries, cideries, breweries, a distillery, Mt. Peter Ski Area, an ice creamery, apple orchards, family-farms, Greenwood Lake, & Warwick Main St. At home, kick back by the firepit, enjoy the sounds of the waterfalls, and sleep easy in the King bed!!

Just 1 hour from NYC, our beautifully decorated, spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rental is perfect for a family or friend getaway, offering a comfortable stay literally minutes from any type of vacation fun you can think of.
We have ample bedding options for your stay including: a king bed in the lower bedroom, a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, a twin bed available for setup on request, and a modular sleeper sofa with a queen memory foam mattress top and bedding. We also have a Graco pack and play with bassinet attachment for any kiddos with you from 0-36 months.

When we bought this house, we knew it would be a fun project to bring to life, and loved how central it was to everything you could want to do, but we had no idea just how much we'd fall in love with the house. As soon as you enter the door you can literally FEEL your smile start to turn up. Turn on the fire pit and the bistro lights up on the deck, and truly, all of the world's worries will melt away.
We absolutely adore sharing this space with others looking for a peaceful, fun, and relaxing getaway with their family or friends.
