An email is sent requesting completion of the check-in form, and once that is done, a door code is issued two hours before arrival. In the event of any issues, our customer service team is always available to assist and ensure a smooth experience. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the ants. Due to the unusually heavy rains in December, the area experienced an increase in similar pest activity for a short time. Your comfort is extremely important to us, and we have since addressed the issue with our team to prevent it from happening again.
