Fully equipped with all your daily needs, this home offers a relaxing retreat. Park your boat or RV on-site and make use of the propane grill and fire pit, along with outdoor dining essentials and a s'mores kit. Extra pillows, blankets, towels, air beds, and even an iron and ironing board are available for your comfort.

Please keep an eye on children and avoid food spills on the carpet. While the Kiva is for HOA members only, you can launch your boat at Drifter's Marina or Lake Tulloch Marina & Campground. Lake Tulloch is located approximately 1.2 miles away for fun summer activities such as swimming, boating, and fishing. Explore nearby lakes like Don Pedro and New Melones, both approximately 45 minutes away. In the winter, popular ski resorts like Bear Valley, Dodge Ridge, and China Peak are all within 30-50 miles.

The driveway, though a bit steep, is illuminated by solar lights for safety. This single-level home features amenities such as hangers, king, queen, and twin beds, a jetted tub, Netflix streaming, and a fully equipped kitchen. Stay comfortable with central AC, a space heater, and a thermostat, and enjoy mountain and valley views from the patio. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
