Come and enjoy this luxurious condo for all seasons. With community amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, kids spray area, on-site gym, and oceanfront gazebos; there is something for the whole family at Croatan Surf Club 4m!
Bring the family down for a vacation and relax in this top-of-the-line condo. It offers one floor living with two en suites and one adorable kidâs room with a pyramid bunk and trundle; all three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The great room is one of the largest in the Croatan Surf Club. This is a northern-facing side condo and has ocean views. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tiled floors.
Reserve Croatan Surf Club 4m today and enjoy basking in the sun by the outdoor pool, relaxing in one of the oceanfront gazebos in the summer; or as an escape from the winter cold with swimming in the indoor pool and relaxing in the community hot tub. With any season, youâre going to enjoy the Croatan Surf Club.
Community perks: Community oceanside pool, secluded in-ground spa area, partially shaded children's pool area complete with "spray ground" and zero-edge wading pool, poolside gazebo, indoor community heated pool with a translucent roof, a poolside spa, community commercial ice machine located in the game room area by the indoor pool, fitness center, park grilling area.
Please note, Croatan Surf Club 4m does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.
The outdoor heated 28x90 pool and hot tub are open from 04/15/2025-10/15/2025. The indoor 20x20 pool is open year-round.
