DESCRIPTION
Your perfect beach escape awaits in South Mission Beach! Nestled between the beach and bay, this stunning home offers unbeatable convenience being a short stroll from the lively Mission Beach boardwalk.

Enjoy elevated views of Mission Beach from the home's second and third levels. The upper floor features a stylish living area with a modern kitchen, cozy sectional, electric fireplace and a spacious outdoor patio. The deck, complete with a grill, is ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails in the ocean breeze.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a breakfast bar and a warm dining nook. All bedrooms are on the second level, including a primary suite with a king bed, private balcony, luxury bathroom, and a small additional bedroom within the walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third offers a queen, both sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Mission Beach boardwalk, a quick two minute walk, offers endless opportunities for surfing, swimming or simply relaxing by the ocean. Nearby attractions include Belmont Park, bike rentals, water sports, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park.

Very relaxing!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Room for all of the kids, short walk to the beach, and all of the amenities to make for a relaxing trip! Highly recommend!

Perfect for our family

We love this spot. It’s plenty of room for our family of 5 and close to everything and yet far enough away to escape the crazy busy Belmont park area.

Great stay at Mission Beach

This is the 2nd year for our family of 8 in this beach home. The property has been nicely laid out with bedrooms one one floor and kitchen and living area on another. It is quiet, with great beach and bay access. Well-maintained. We hope to stay there again in the future.

This property is beautiful . I wish I could live there. It is within walking distance of great restaurants , bars , and even a wonderful yoga studio . Friendly people in the neighborhood. Stayed with my sister , we had a great time.

Great Place

The condo is a great location, steps to the beach, shopping areas and restaurants. Because of the rainy weather we spent a little more time inside the condo than we planned. Great setup to play games and watch TV till the rain was gone.

Awesome home

We rented this home to celebrate my Birthday and we were not disappointed!! Beautiful home in great location. Six adults and two kids had plenty of room for all of us. We were close enough to walk to most places. Rental company was very responsive to questions. I would recommend this place.

Great floor plan, clean and well equipped.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The customer service was great during the whole stay. Easy access to the beach, bay, restaurants and convenience stores. The only thing to be aware of is that the patio does face the main street and is close to the trash cans, so noise and flies can be an issue. That said, Mission Beach has flies and noise so that is not unique to this unit. All around a great place!

Beautiful Vacation Stay in Mission Bay San Diego

We loved our week stay in this fabulous housing. Beautiful environment, professionally cleaned and nicely designed interior, large kitchen and gathering area, spacious terrace. All necessities are fully supplied, like soaps, cleaners, detergent, trash bags, paper products. We loved the most about the efficient layout in that bedrooms are on the 1st floor and gathering places are on the 2nd floor with terrace. Great set up and allowed us to entertain family and friends. Walking distance to the beach was awesome.

It’s Almost a 5

The location is fantastic and the home itself is lovely. For me it was just missing little things to make it the best; decor (I know it’s company-owned, but even a couple rugs to catch the sand and the sound), washes for the shower and there were 7 of us (only supplied in one bath, and I forgot mine so we had to keep stealing from each other), and coffee is a necessity..even just a small amount is appreciated!

Great vacation home

This property was everything it described and more. The management company was wonderful from the ease of check in to providing help with operating the television remote. The location is perfect - close enough to walk to Belmont Park and very close to markets and small restaurants on the street. We had two families and were very comfortable. The garage is narrow but fit a Ford Explorer and a 4 door Jeep. It did take some maneuvering to pull in the first time. I would suggest backing in. It was very clean, kitchen was well equipped and the sound system in the house was a nice bonus. Highly recommended.

Great location. Disappointing trip

The unit is in a great location in our favorite part of mission beach. The garage stopped opening on the second day we were there and, although I contacted multiple times the problem never was fixed. This was a problem for parking but I could have overlooked that. My sons wheelchair was being stored in the garage along with all the beach amenities and most importantly the trash cans. I had to store all of our trash bags out on the balcony for the entire trip.

Beautiful home!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family and I. For a beach house it was very spacious and the top level living space had a wonderful open floor plan, especially when you opened the doors for the deck. The deck is massive! The house was extremely clean and provided all the necessities of home. The garage could be a little tricky for larger vehicles but once you made it in, it really opens up so you plenty of space for 2 cars as well beach gear, bikes, etc. You are only steps to the sand and i felt comfortable allowing the kids to walk to the beach on their own. The location of the home is fantastic! Nice surrounding homes and very convenient if you needed to get in and out of the beach area. the staff at 710BR was so available and helpful with any questions or requests. They really make the extra effort to ensure their guests enjoy their vacation. Would absolutely recommend this home and company. Can't wait for next Summer!!

We loved the location (near ocean, eating establishments etc.), the furnishing and layout.

It is a little pricey, not sure we would rent again. We encountered the following: 1. Problem with hot water heater, GFI circuit tripped in garage, resolved first evening 2. Clothes washer leaks 3. Front door latch needs lubrication, sticks (not the dead bolt, the latch) 4. Would be much more convenient if the elevator functioned 5. Barbeque grill had to be cleaned, removed a pound or 2 of cooking debris (flared badly until this was done) 6. Cannot park a larger vehicle in the garage (our vehicle is a RAM 2500 4WD)

Good location but with challenges

Zero parking unless you have a mini vehicle. Garage is extremely tight to get a normal sized vehicle in and parking on the street sucks because it’s a busy neighborhood. They were generous with supplying spices, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, laundry soap etc. Sleeping arrangements were separate from living area and the bathrooms were beautiful, but one of the “bedrooms” used to be a walk in closet for the master bedroom so one of our guests slept in a closet with little room to put her belongings. The floors were filthy. That was our biggest complaint. We had to have shoes on 24/7, if we didn’t our feet or shoes were disgusting. Overall, we would stay there again. It’s a gorgeous place and great location close to the beach and convenience stores, liquor stores, restaurants within walking distance.

A wonderful home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely home, and I would absolutely stay at the property again. There were only 3 of us, and it was nice for each of us to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well-equipped, and I recommend BYO non-stick pans, if cooking on stainless isn’t your thing. Stairs are unavoidable and steep, so I do not recommend the home for people who have ambulatory issues or very small children. The rooftop outdoor dining area was amazing and well worth the climb, each and every time. The underground private garage has a steep incline and low clearance. My Mazda CX-5 made it in just fine, but it had to be parked a specific way in order to open the back hatch. We brought 3 bikes, and felt completely safe locking them up in the private underground garage when not in use. The house sits right on one of the major pathways, and biking around the bay and beach was an integral part of our vacation. The only other thing I’d recommend is BYO snuggly blankets for vegging out after a long day of beaching!

Great location, should have been better experience.

Location is great, property would have been great ignoring the issues. We specifically rented this location because the garage was big enough for our large SUV. In the listing they mentioned the noise from the street construction, but didn't mention that the street with the garage entrance would be closed so the main reason we rented this particular listing was voided. We reached out multile times for this and another issue and were told by vacasa that a local rep would respond, but we never got any local help. We had to park on the street, we got a parking ticket, had to park far away, and got a large scrape on the side of my new vehicle when it was parked NOT in the garage. The other big issue was the hot water was very sporadic and the last day and night didn't work at all. Another issue was at some of the bedding had dirty spots with chunks of something, so not a stain but actually dirty. So construction should be over and you shouldn't have to worry about the noise or parking issues, and hopefully they fix the water heater and wash all the linens, and it would be a great place.
