Enfamiljshus beläget i slutet av en naturlig kanal med utsikt över vattnet. Sitt ute, fiska utanför vår brygga, ta ut kajakerna eller bara gå steg över gatan till stranden!

Om du har en båt kan du docka den precis utanför huset! Privata båtrampar får sex hus till vänster. Rum för båtvagn i vår uppfart. Vår brygga kan rymma en båt med en 9ft balk, 26ft LOA.

Sätt av i din egen båt och du är 1/4 mil från fiske i gräsmiljöerna, 20 minuter från norra spetsen av Anna Maria Island (Bean Point) och därifrån, 3 miles till det första revet.

Vi har flera havkajaker för din njutning. Starta från vår brygga och se manaterna precis utanför. Vårt grannskap har en privat båtramp omkring sex hus till höger om vattnet.

Vi bor i närheten av Tampa, Florida och vi är glada att se till att du njuter av vårt paradis så mycket som vi gör. Vänligen meddela oss om du behöver information om lokala intressanta platser, instruktioner med hemmet, eller om det finns något vi har förbises för att göra din vistelse angenäm.

Vårt område är mycket tyst med många fastboende. Du hittar lugn och ro på kvällarna. Två kyrkor (katolska och episkopala) ligger inom gångavstånd.

Tillträde till stranden ligger bara 300 steg bort! Vårt hem ligger på en av de smalaste delarna av ön, så viken och viken ligger mycket nära varandra!

Du ligger mycket nära Manatee Avenue och Gulf Drive. Mycket nära till Publix Supermarket, strandbutiker och restauranger.
Cykelfält finns på ön.

Gratis trollly pick-up 50 meter från vårt hem.

Strandstolar, vagnar och badhanddukar levereras. Diskmaskin och tvättmedel finns.

Det finns en kamera monterad på utsidan av huset som vetter mot kanalen. Kameran är enbart avsedd för att övervaka kanalen och vår båt. Om hyresgästen önskar det kan kameran inaktiveras under vistelsen.

This is our 5th year staying here and we consider it our "home away from home". It is living the good life -- water view, resident manatee, flying fish, variety of birds, proximity to the Gulf. The owner is available and responsive and the time always passes too quickly.

Best stay on AMI.

Stayed at Oliver’s place 3 or 4 times now. Can’t say enough good things about the gouse and the host. Oliver welcomed us in person and made sure we got settled. Clean, well apportioned with a great waterfront location where wildlife abounds and the views are great. Kayaks are available for guests to use and we did. What fun! Thank, Oliver for hosting us for a great vacation once again. Burt and Liz

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was immaculately clean with a spacious living area and lovely comfortable bedrooms with modern bathrooms. We also appreciated the view of the bay. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning!

Awesome views!

Really enjoyed our stay. The owners are very pleasant and the home is very accommodating. The view is great! The beach and shopping centers are close by. Location is good for day trips to other areas. Would definitely return!

Fabulous Home!

The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location!! The house is on a canal and a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and grocery store close by! Oliver was wonderful to work with and checked in on us via text. I highly recommend this home and we will be back!

Highly recommend! Had a great stay!

We had a lovely stay. It’s a well furnished home sited on the water at the edge of a canal. It’s also just a few steps to a gorgeous beach with amazing sunset views. It’s very well equipped. The owner has thought of everything. The two decks overlooking the water offer a great spot to read, sun and have a toast.

Great Property

Great location, close to the beach, centrally located on the island. Nice, clean modern interior, very comfortable-everything you need for your beach visit. The location with the boat dock was a bonus, allowing my nephew to bring his boat down from Tampa for the day. Oliver was very considerate, checking in with us to insure all was well. Overall , I’d highly recommend this home and location.

Island Paradise, dock your boat in the back yard and fish everyday!

Annie and Oliver were the perfect host. Very spacious rooms and a beautiful kitchen with an amazing view. A family of manatees visited the dock almost every night. Having a place with a dock for our boat made it easy to fish everyday! Very relaxing getaway. Thank you!

Beautiful Getaway

This is a beautiful property, and we had the most amazing time here! Oliver, the owner, went out of his way during the duration of our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He was super responsive to our questions as well. The house itself is WONDERFUL. Super clean and plenty of space for our family, and it included so many extras -- beach chairs, umbrellas, nets and even kayaks! The house was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week. Being on the channel was so beautiful and the beach is literally steps away! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing stay on Holmes Beach!

Most pleasant property!

Enjoyed our week stay. The house did not disappoint us -- it is clean, well furnished, with a kitchen that has everything you can think of; the refrigerator and dishwasher are brand new. The pictures are accurate; the house is lovely. The owners are very reachable and accommodating. Loved the deck overlooking the canal especially for birdwatching; favorite being the osprey eating a fish which we saw several times. The neighborhood is quiet and great for dog walking. For restaurants, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Waterfront Restaurant on Bay Boulevard and lunch at the Crab & Fin at St. Armand's Circle on Lido Key. Hoping to return next winter.

So relaxing!

We loved this property. The photos depict it very accurately. It has a wonderful view of the canal from the deck and the main living area. The house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything you could need, there were beach chairs, beach wagon, kayaks and more in the garage. It's just a very, very short walk to the beach through a peaceful neighborhood. We were particularly happy that the owners allowed us to bring our dog along. She enjoyed it as much as we did! Oliver was very easy to work with. We would most definitely recommend this house. No complaints at all!

Great view

We just returned from a 2 week stay. The house is just as advertised. Oliver is very easy to work with, attentive and even checked in by text message during the vacation to make sure everything was satisfactory. The house is very clean and this is something I always look for in reviews. The kitchen appliances, TV and washer and dryer are pretty new and all worked well. The beds are very firm and not quite to our comfort level but others might appreciate that. My favorite thing about the house is the deck and the view. Comfortable Rocking chair furniture on the deck with the view as pictured looking down the canal to open water. We also appreciated how quiet it was despite other rental properties on the canal. The kayaks are very nice to have and we enjoyed taking them out.

Piece/Peace of Heaven!

This property has everything you know you want, and will surprise you with the things you hadn't thought of! First: the house -it's beautiful with (literally) everything you need. Immaculate! Second: the porch and dock - it was hard to peel ourselves away for the short walk to the beach (and we're beach people!). From watching the abundant manatees, to taking in the beautiful vista from the perfect outdoor furnishings, to kayaking around the inlet - it was a slice of paradise. The house is one block to the most beautiful, wide beach with crystal clear aqua water. It is also an easy bike ride or golf cart trip into the more bustling pace of the Anna Maria downtown. This house had everything we wanted and more - with the additional bonus of a super-responsive and accommodating owner who was just a short text or call away if we needed him. Our only regret is not coming sooner - and if we're lucky enough to come back to Anna Maria, we know exactly where we're staying. We wouldn't even dream of another place!

Sitting on the Dock of the Bay!

This property was everything it advertised and so much more! This was our 1st time staying in Anna Maria Island and I can truly say it won’t be our last! My favorite part of this house was just sitting with my cup of coffee or glass of wine on balcony and looking at that stunning view! I loved watching the boats coming and going, loved seeing the Manatee come close to our dock, loved watching my kids kayaking right out from dock while I sat on the balcony! The owner Oliver kept in touch with me before we even arrived to his home to make sure we had an easy arrival and continued to reach out to me throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and make sure everything was good for us! The house was very clean on inside and everything was up to date! The house was decorated very nice and new! I felt very comfortable and at home from the moment I walked in! Master bedroom has a king bed and is comfortable! Master bath connected to room was very nice and I’m definitely getting a shower head like that one when I get home! So relaxing! Second bedroom was a queen and comfortable also! 2nd Bathroom very nice also! Kitchen was all up to date appliances and had everything we needed and more! Overall this was a wonderful property and we will definitely stay here again !

Great as always!

We have stayed here multiple times in the last several years. It is a top notched property in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view of canal. Owner is very responsive and checks in to make sure everything is ok. Hope to return next year.
