A car is recommended to get around, or arrive at your home and just walk right out to the beach sans car.

Before you book, here are a few things to keep in mind:

- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- No dogs or other animals are permitted in this home, owners are very allergic.
- No smoking allowed anywhere on the premises
- No parking for RVs, boats, campers, and trailers
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 21
- Damage protection fee covers reported accidents up to $5,000 of accidental damage if reported before checkout
- Rental agreement does not include golf course use. Entry to the golf course (grounds, fairways, greens) is prohibited without payment at the clubhouse.
