Med en rymlig 4 sovrum och 3 badrum, erbjuder den öppna planlösningen sig hemma underhållande och sammankomst som gör din semesterresa på Lake Oconee en speciell upplevelse.

Entréplan sovrum med dubbelsäng, har en promenad ut däck tillsammans med separat dusch, två handfat och integritet bubbel jacuzzi. Nämnde jag den underbara utsikten över sjön från sovrummet? Andra sovrummet och hallen på bottenvåningen ståtar med över 30 stycken av original Fish Folk konst med några bitar som går tillbaka 50 år.

Nyligen lagt till en 4K Smart TV som möjliggör enkel åtkomst till Netflix, Amazon och andra strömmande kanaler.

Utomhus kök ger en fantastisk möjlighet för underhållande och matlagning. Köket är fyllt med köksredskap och köksredskap.

Gated Sekretess och naturen på sitt bästa, men ändå bara 3 miles från en Publix, 8 Screen Theater Cine-Plex, söta små butiker och underbara restauranger som jag kommer att vara glad att rekommendera.

Om du letar efter en semester fylld med avkoppling och vacker utsikt och för att inte tala om, Lake Oconee vid din dörr, skulle denna Uber-Cool godkända kudde vara ett idealiskt val.

Wonderful Stay once again

We previously stated at this property and returned for another wonderful stay. They house was a clean and comfortable, in a cove on the lake so safe for kids to swim, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The owner is extremely responsive for anything one may need. We will be back!

Great location, home & decor - even better owner!

Truly enjoyed the area, lake amenities and home. Well decorated and very comfortable. Owner communicated exceptionally well and was attentive to any question or need in planning and enjoying our stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place for a family event

We and our family of eight enjoyed the house immensely. We did have do a good of "baby-proofing" but it was not onerous and the grand kids loved looking at all of the artifacts and artwork.

Lake Oconee Getaway

Family Getaway at Lake Oconee

This was a wonderful lake home for our family vacation! It accommodated 7 adults perfectly! Beautiful, serene location on Lake Oconee with close access to everything you need, including boat and jet ski rentals. The host is super! Great communication throughout the rental process. Would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely book it again!

Special Place

Great place to relax on the water. Comfortable inside and beautiful outside. Deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and great fishing off the dock or at the nearby pond. Beautiful night skies. We saw Starlink satellites flying overhead 2 nights in a row after launches those days. Tripp is an amazing host, super responsive, and makes great recommendations on what to do in the area.

June 2023 visit

We really enjoyed staying in Tripp's property. The location is fantastic and so is the Landing subdivision it's located in. We loved the cove the house sits in, our girls swam all day off the dock and enjoyed the paddle boards as well. The fishing off the dock was one of the best we've experienced on Lake Oconee. We'd definitely come back to this property again!

Family Vacation

The week at the lakehouse was very relaxing and brought the family together for some well needed down time. The property truly provided this with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for all. Must say we spent a good bit of time in the lake enjoying the great location in the cove with floating, kayaks and stand up paddle boards provided by the hosts. I would highly recommend this property for a great family fun time and a very attentive host, who when I had a question responded very quickly!!

Amazing place to just relax!

We had an awesome New Year's weekend! So relaxing.... Tripp was wonderful! He made sure everything was taken care of for us. Even left us a handwritten welcome note with a gift basket upon our arrival. Definitely recommend this beautiful lake house!

This was the best rental property we have been to on Lake Oconee and we have been to a lot. The house is very warm and well suited for family gatherings. We had adults and children and everyone had a great time. The outside area was outstanding with fishing and swimming right from the dock. Tripp was very accommodating and stayed in touch with us whenever we needed information. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway for family or friends. We will definitely go back.

Overpriced, dirty, outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned.

We would not rent this home again. We felt it was overpriced for what we got. The house needs some serious updating...the outdoor furniture was dirty, the windows were dirty...over all it needed a deep cleaning. There was live electrical wire on the dock. Everything was super cheap and dirty.

Above and Beyond Wonderful!

Click "Book" now before you lose the chance to stay at this fantastic lake house! It was spotlessly clean, large yet cozy and feels like you're living in a cool museum. The owners truly went above and beyond! Communication was fast and frequent. They answered any questions before I'd even asked them and made a chaotic time in our lives so much easier. We rented their incredible home for a week while we sold one house and waited to close on our new one. Both my husband and I work from the house, and the wifi was awesome! They allowed us to have our dogs with us and even cleared out a space in the garage for us to store some things like our bikes and other larger items we moved ourselves. They were incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out times knowing moving days are pure chaos. I cannot say enough good things about Tripp and his family as owners or their fantastic lake house. If you still haven't clicked "Book," do it right now before someone else does.

Great Experience!

We stayed at Tripp’s house for a week in August and it was fabulous! The house was clean and convenient to everything. and it was stocked with all you could need.The waterfront location and neighborhood were also just great. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Additionally, The owner is amazing and communicates with you about absolutely everything. He is available on a constant basis and gets back to you immediately. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect family weekend

We live in Atlanta. Although I live a mere 86 miles from the property, Once we place our feet (and paws) on the ground at Reynolds Landing, we feel a world away from the stress and the busyness of life. We love our Farm Fresh Lake House!!!!!

It truly has a special place in my heart and I am honored to be able to share this wonderful home with folks that appreciate the healing aspects of nature.
