The house is a terracotta-coloured villa situated in a quiet road with on and off-street parking.

The outdoor area features a plunge-pool, sun loungers for soaking up the Algarvian sunshine, a BBQ and outdoor seating area for al fresco dining in addition to the roof terrace and several balconies.

There is a large games room which is the ultimate in family entertainment. The ground floor has been transformed into a chill-out zone featuring a large projector screen with comfy sofa-bed to enjoy movie nights. There is also a pool table, mini-golf area, darts and a table-football table to provide endless hours of fun for the old and young alike.
