Stort strandhem med öppet kök, matsal, familjerum, vardagsrum med gasspis, stort utomhusdäck, avskärmad i veranda, utomhusdusch och ping pongbord. Köket uppgraderades helt mars 2016 (rostfria apparater och granit). Ny central luft- och tvättmaskin och torktumlare installerad i november 2016. Master Suite w / king size-säng på 1: a våningen, 2: a våningen har 2 sovrum med en queen size-säng i vardera och 1 stort sovrum med 2 enkelsängar över hela våningssängar (bra ställe för barnen att umgås) Huset ligger i Savannahs landning på en lugn cul de sac på en trädbevuxen mycket. Gemensam pool, lekplats och tennisbanor ligger bara ett kvarter bort. Buss till stranden ligger 2 kvarter bort. 1. 5 miles till Bethany Beach & 6. 5 miles till Delaware Seashore State Park. Restauranger på gångavstånd. Centrum av Bethany med många affärer och restauranger inom 1 mil. Fenwick Island & Rehoboth ligger en kort bilresa bort. Rehoboth erbjuder många butiker med taxfree-shopping!

Cozy home with plenty of space for everyone, even on rainy days!

👍🏻👍🏻😀😀Everything was comfortable about this home, especially the master bedroom. It was large enough to fit our sons pack n play and since the bed was a king, he often ended up sleeping with us anyway. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the extra fridge in the garage was great for all of the drinks we brought for on the go. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and tv, especially the comfy papasan chair! They seemed to have enough space for all of their belongings, even though there were four teenage girls in the room with lots of accessories! The bathrooms were great, large and roomy, plenty of counter space and hooks- only complaint is there was no bathtub with a plug for the drain for our toddler so he screamed the entire time he showered 😞 But there was always hot water for our showers so that was a plus! The home was tastefully decorated, which made me nervous at first, but we moved extra fragile items out of our toddlers reach so it was OK. Washer and dryer worked great and had large capacity for all of our laundry. The deck, screened porch and yard were nice, our son enjoys being outside so he had room to play and it was safe for him being in the cul de sac. Ceiling fans in every room made it comfortable for everyone while sleeping. Labels on all of the switches made it easy to navigate. Pool was a great temperature and kid friendly- wasn't crowded and only a short walk from the house. We love that using the pool was included and we didn't have to pay a fee for each family member like many of the neighboring communities make you do (we paid $30/person for a week of pool use last year while staying in Bethany West- that's huge savings!) We were happy to have the recommendations and pamphlets/menus for nearby attractions and restaurants- visited Berlin for a ghost tour and loved the town! All these years staying at the DE beaches and never knew about it! Overall we're extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely stay in the home again if traveling to DE! Great Family Retreat

This is the first time in 40+ years of vacations at Bethany that our family stayed somewhere other than a beachside neighborhood. Family circumstances caused us to alter our normal routine and look inland. We were all very pleasantly surprised with our Savannahs Landing experience. A peaceful, walkable neighborhood, with a pool option for the first time. Less traffic to grocery shopping, eateries and retail. Kristen was very easy to reach and the home was comfortable for all who visited or stayed.

Spacious home, needs cleaning

Pros - Spacious 4 bed, 2 1/2 bath home, well stocked kitchen, plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood. Cons - Kitchen, baths, fridge, and floors were dirty. Walking barefoot would turn your feet black, hairs on vanity, pots and pans still greasy.

Perfect Fit

We loved our stay at Mollys Turn! There was a space for everyone; and everyone had space. Wonderful outdoor area, screened porch, and front porch, in a wooded community. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The decor was beautifully beachy. The location was convenient to the beach and all of our activities. Kristin was a wonderful host, she communicated with me throughout the rental process and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful and welcoming home!!!

Very beautiful, well appointed home. Very lovely Beach Theme throughout. Very Livable layout for families! The home is situated in a lovely area & quiet. Very nice pool. Nice to have the outside shower as well. Overall a VERY pleasant community with friendly people and very happy memories for all..

House close to beach.

My family of 10 with 6 adults and 4 children just came home from our vacation at Savannah's Landing. The house was very clean upon arriving. It was also very spacious for the amount of people we had. Loved the open floor plan. I was able to see my 2 year old grandson at all times. I would definitely recommend this house for vacation. We all got to enjoy the pool which was a short walk. Even getting to the beach was easy. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch when I wanted time alone. The girls enjoyed playing ping pong with their uncle. The owner Kristen was very easy to communicate with. Kristen thank you for the rental of your home. It was our home away from home for the week. DiChristopher Family Claymont, DE

Fantastic family vacation

We traveled here with four adults and four children (ages 5 and under). The house was beautifully decorated (we did child proof to prevent any damage to said decorations). It was a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Easy walk to the pool and short drive to the beach. The owner was lovely and shared many recommendations for the area which were truly enjoyable. Our families loved this property and hope to come back again.

wonderful spacious place near the beach

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at Savannah's Landing. The house is much bigger than it looks on the outside. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us (two living areas, screened in porch, nice kitchen and large table for playing cards). We also loved the quiet location. It felt like we were on a wooded escape, as it didn't have the usual chaotic noise that often comes with a beach property. It was away from the hustle and bustle yet a short easy drive from the beach. Kristen was very responsive when needed - she answered my call immediately upon having an issue getting in the house.

Wonderful house!

My husband and I rented this house for our family members who were in town for my husbands 70th birthday party (as we did not have room for everyone in our home!) Three of our children and their spouses and children as well as a niece and nephew stayed here. It was wonderful to have them nearby and they reported that the house was comfortable and well-equipped.

Wonderful Modern Beach home close to everything!

Minutes from the beach! The pool and surrounding area were great! We found a bike path across the street that had a lot of beautiful birds, plants and animals!

Very nice home close to the beach!

This home is clean, quiet and well maintained. We were an extended family of 11 and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the pool which was only a 5 minute walk away, the table tennis table and rocking chairs. The adults enjoyed the tennis courts, screened side porch and grill. The house, while large, was at the same time cozy.

Great house

House was great for 2 families. We had 8 people total. Glad we were not on the beach but being 1.5 miles from the beach was perfect! Kitchen is so nice, loved there are darkening shades so my 9 and 12 year olds actually slept in! I would def come back and rent again.

Exceptional

We celebrated our "50th" Wedding Anniversary by the beach with our family this August. We enjoyed the coziness of the house, but also appreciated that there was plenty of space to spread out. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and a wonderful time was had by all. In fact, our grandsons asked if we could do it again next summer!! We enjoyed how close it was to so many things, yet being a little bit off the beach path helped to create a nice quiet place to relax. We walked most everywhere and had a wonderful week of fun, family, and making great memories. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will always treasure the time we spent there and hope to return soon.

Amazing home and stay!

Molly's Turn was a wonderful summer retreat. It was our 1st stay in DE and we couldn't have been more pleased with choosing this home. The location, amenities and decor were more than we could have asked for. Kristen (the owner) was super responsive as well, which made it that much better. If we visit Bethany again, we will be sure to return to this place!

Beautiful and spacious!

We had an awesome time at your beach cottage! It was nicely decorated and very up to date with cozy, and fun furnishings. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had plenty of room for 11 people. We loved the screen in porch to drink our coffee in the morning. It was also an excellent location as we were able to ride the trolley, go to the beach, use the pool, and play tennis. We also did plenty of bike riding and took out a pontoon boat at Dewey Beach to do crab fishing. We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful beach home to help us relax and make special memories!

Beautiful, private and VERY relaxing home

We had a wonderful opportunity to begin our Spring season in this lovely home. It is well appointed and comfortable in EVERY room. Being this early in the season, there was a chill in the air outside and the push button fire place was a MAJOR plus to come home to. The layout allowed 7 adults to lounge comfortably and gather for meals and entertainment. We loved this bright, beautiful home and are already looking at booking more dates in the future! Amazing Beach Week!

Great vacation spot

The house has a very nice interior decor and comes with all the needed amenities. It was exactly as advertised. Beautiful new kitchen, nice deck for relaxing evenings, and plenty of room for two families. The owner was quick in responding and answered all our questions. A perfect place for a family vacation.

New and fresh, spacious house in great location!

We spent an excellent weekend at your beautiful beach house! Everything felt new and fresh!! We LOVED your kitchen, the deck, the multiple sitting areas! And the house was super convenient for 2 families and an in-law with the kids all sharing the awesome bunk beds! And so much space to run around! I loved the location of your house, convenience to restaurants as well as the pool and beach!

Perfect vacation home - welcoming & well-maintained!

I stayed at Savannah's Landing with my husband, three daughters, their significant others, and baby granddaughter, and it was the perfect place for us all. The house is beautiful, and well maintained, but still comfortable and welcoming for all ages. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck and grill, and found the kitchen fully stocked with all the cookware we needed to have big family breakfasts, lunches and dinners together. The layout of the home is perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of large common space to be together, but also little rooms and nooks to hide away with a good book when you need some solo-time! The neighborhood is quiet, but easily accessible to great restaurants, various beach entrances, and a private pool. My family enjoyed spending our mornings at the nearby beach, which was just a quick drive (though there is also a shuttle - we chose to drive because we had the little one in tow). The pool associated with the development was just a 5 minute walk, and had plenty of very nice chairs to lay out and enjoy the sunshine. We've stayed in the Dewey / Rohoboth area many times, but this house was really the perfect blend of everything we were looking for! Sure to return next year.
