Rymligt 6 sovrum, 4 badhus ligger i Lago Mar ~ minuter från Sandbridge Beach och Virginia Beach. Lago Mar är en vacker stadsdel i Virginia Beach, VA, känd för sitt läge nära SE: s landsbygdsdel med stora partier, stora gator och trädbevuxna fastigheter. Vi är några minuter från fantastiska utomhus- och nöjesplatser inklusive Sandbridge Beach, Back Bay Wildlife, gårdar och grönsaksställningar, VA Marine Science Museum och Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

Vårt 2 våningar vackra hus har trägolv i vardagsrummet och matsalen, samt bänkskivor i granit i köket och badrummen. Den öppna planlösningen erbjuder gott om sittplatser för familjesammanträden. Det fullt utrustade köket har bänkskivor i granit, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, gasspis, kaffebryggare K-kopp och en dubbelugn. Sovrum 1 och 2 ligger på första våningen. Vardagsrummet har en utdragbar bäddsoffa. Sovrum 3 har en kombination med två enkelsängar och är det största rummet med en soffa och TV. Sovrum 4 har en queen size-säng. Sovrum 5 har en drottning och eget badrum. Sovrum 6 är befälhavaren med en kung.

Det finns en gasgrill och uteplats / stolar och sittgrupp på det stora däck. Vi har ett volleybollnät och ett bordtennisbord i garaget. Very Nice Location

This property is amazing! Easy access to everything to do in Virginia Beach. Owners Go out of their way to help if needed. Some of my Grandkids wanted me to buy the house so they could come back every year. Thanks for a good time in Virginia Beach.

Great for a family gathering!

We had a group of 4 siblings and their families and this was perfect for all of us with ample room for personal space as well as great common areas! The house is very clean, well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located as well, both for those interested in the beach (and those who aren't).

Amazing rental for a family vacation!!!

We stayed here for a yearly family vacation. This rental property was amazing and had more than enough room for 10 adults and 3 children. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had and immediately addressed them.

Vacation

Granddaughter had a softball World Series tournament in Virginia Beach. So we came down to watch that and enjoy the beach. The house had enough room for everyone. We enjoyed it the ping-pong table, the bikes, all in all it was a Great week. Everything was within a 3 to 7 mile area. Well worth it.

Wonderful Home and Premier Host

There were 12 of us and a 1.5 year old. We had an amazing time in Virginia Beach which was made possible by the incredible home we stayed in. Everything was provided which made it very convenient from making meals, to playing volleyball or ping pong, to finally lounging/relaxing on the deck. The host thought of everything and was an absolute joy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much from my family to yours!

Excellent Family Beach Vacation

The property was well maintained and was very comfortable. Plenty of amenities were available all through out the house to include a garage full of outdoor activity items and games for our 7 years of age and younger kids. The host provided constant communication throughout the process and provided contact numbers if anything was needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Family of 14 summer vacation

The house had plenty of room for all of us. It is family friendly. When we arrived it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and all cooking essentials. The deck and yard are very spacious. There was also everything you would need for the beach. It is a great location close to not only the Virginia Beach boardwalk but local family beaches as well. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful location.

Beach vacation

This house is in a great location and neighborhood! Beautiful home inside and out. 20 minutes from the VA beachfront, 8 minutes from Sandbridge beach. 10 minutes from water park, aquarium. Many shopping centers and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Volleyball net set up in backyard, corn hole boards, bikes, ping pong table. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

The Zell’s place was amazing! From the beginning during the booking process to the very end, Cheryl was always available and a very good and sweet host! Their home is absolutely beautiful and very accommodating. We had 11 people, 7 adults and 4 children, and everyone was comfortable. We were all able to congregate in the common areas together for breakfast and dinner and the house is big enough for us to still have privacy if desired. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need and has a very home away from home feeling. The neighborhood is quiet and 5 minutes away from restaurants and groceries. We enjoyed the short drive to the beach and other attractions like the aquarium and Busch Gardens (worth the 1 hour drive). We are very grateful to have enjoyed Cheryl’s home and would absolutely stay again if ever in the area. We loved your home, Thank You for your hospitality!!!!

Great place to stay

The property is located in a neighborhood. Very nice and safe area to take a run . It was conveniently located halfway between the more commercial Virginia Beach area and quieter Sandbridge beach. We were there for a family wedding . We drove to most of our destinations within ten minutes. The house was well stocked and it was great having so many bathrooms for everyone to get ready simultaneously. The deck was lovely and the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies , spices and condiments. Don’t bring mustard because there was plenty. It was great to have room to cook and gather to save money on meals out. Also everyone has plenty of space to decompress. Don’t bring beach supplies because they are all there along with some bikes! Convenient to shopping and any needs you can think of. We kept saying “Cheryl left us this and that “ pictures are completely accurate .

A Family Gathering

The Zelle’s home is beautiful and comfortable! We were a group of 12 (6 Couples) and at no point during our family gathering did we feel uncomfortable! The home is decorated beautifully and comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. Communication with Cheryl was always easy and I felt as if we would’ve needed her for anything she would’ve been there. As I mentioned the home has everything and it is beautifully maintained / managed so there was no reason for me to contact her during our stay. Thank you Zelle family for being such wonderful hosts.

Just what the doctor ordered

My wife and I have not been together with all 4 daughters and their families and loved ones at the same time since Pre-Covid It was important that we rented the right place for us. This home and property checked all the boxes. It was close to all that Virginia Beach had to offer but not too close. The property was large enough that everyone had their own space but intimate when you wanted it to be. It had all of the amenities and then some. Overall, it was perfect and we were able to create so many wonderful memories that we’ll take with us for a lifetime. We collectively did not want it to end. Thank you, Zell Family, for sharing your beautiful home with ua. The Dunigan Family.

Hello! We are a beach loving family of five who loves to travel! My husband and I are both educators and have three beautiful daughters. Our oldest is off to Virginia Tech in the fall and our younger girls are chasing their beach volleyball dreams.
