Paradis på stranden! Sitter precis vid sanden på en av de vackraste semi-privata stränderna i Santa Barbara, "The Boathouse" är den perfekta reträtten! Den här fastigheten ligger på den bästa delen av Miramar Beach! Konstruerad av teak, mahogny och vit gran, åtföljd av etsade och målade glasfönster, har denna unika stuga utformats för att se ut och känns som ett välbyggt special segelfartyg. Fastigheten består av två separata ett sovrum / ett badrumsenheter förenade med en ansluten trappa inuti och en gemensam ingång från utsidan. Varje enhet kan hyras separat (sova 2 vuxna och 2 barn) eller tillsammans för högst 6 till 8 personer.

Den övre enheten har en öppen spis och ett större slutet däck. Koppla av och njut av den fantastiska utsikten när du lyssnar på ljudet från de växande vågorna. Låt vågorna låta dig sova i en bekväm dubbelsäng. För din underhållning är denna mysiga stuga också utrustad med TV, kabel-TV och wifi. Men du kommer att vara för upptagen med att njuta av naturen! Bara några steg till sanden, där massor av strandtillbehör väntar på din njutning - stolar, parasoller, kajaker och boogiebrädor ingår.

När du är redo att njuta av en måltid, ger ett litet kök allt du behöver för matlagning eller kliv upp till takdäcket för din grillglädje! (Däck delas med lägre enhet). Om du äter ute på fantastiska restauranger är mer din stil, är Montecito's Lower Village bara en mil bort och centrala Santa Barbara är en kort 10 minuters bilresa.

När du flyger in i området är hotellet lättillgängligt från Santa Barbara flygplats (bara cirka 20 minuter bort) och Los Angeles (90 miles söderut).
Båthuset är verkligen en avkopplande plats att komma undan för allt! Kom och fly till Miramar Beach!

Location Location Location

This is a great spot for 2. My hubby and I did a STAY-cation and it was so great to wake up to the ocean every morning and just enjoy the beach. We were able to walk into town for dinner one night and then also cooked at the unit another night. There is a BBQ up top, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Note there is not a dishwasher int he upper unit and I would not have more than 2 people. Great for a weekend escape.

The residence was clean and as advertised. The location is right on the sand in a very quiet area of Montecito. it is a short drive to restaurants in Montecito or downtown Santa Barbara. Would definitely stay again.

The location of this place is amazing. We really enjoyed uniqueness of the property and having direct access to the beach. Being so close to the Miramar and San Ysidro is an amazing perk. We loved every minute of our stay and would happily come back.

Perfect spot on the beach

We love this rental. The doors wide open to see and hear the ocean while the fireplace keeps you warm. Very cozy with everything you need. Comfortable bed and great shower. Rooftop deck with grill was an added bonus. We will return!!

Boat House

The Boat House (upper unit) was great. Its a very good vibe with beautiful views. The upper unit was perfect for 2 adults but could probably hold 3. The neighborhood is really quiet and beautiful. Would recommend the Boat House (upper unit) to anyone looking to have a peaceful relaxing get away.

Perfect weekend getaway

My best friend and I stayed at this beautiful little home for a long weekend and it was a perfect getaway. From the location of the home that’s close to by plenty of restaurants and hikes, not to mention being literally on the beach to the comfort of the home and amenities, nothing was lacking. Enjoying that amazing view any time of the day was the highlight of the trip. Will go back here if I got the chance. Thanks for having us!

Spectacular Beachfront

What a dream to wake up to this view! Absolutely wonderful property. After celebrating a birthday with my mother, I came back to this slice of heaven and never left during my stay. The property manager was very responsive about an issue - thank you so much for that! I can't wait to come back.

Stunning

This house is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do the location and feel of the house justice. Functional kitchen with an incredibly cozy main room. Perfect fireplace for cooler evenings on the beach. The bedroom actually had a view through the unit to the ocean. Perfect location on Miramar beach. Could not have asked for better stay.

2nd time here and we will be back!!!

We stayed here last year (Feb 2022) and loved it so much we decided to do it again this year. Can't say enough good things. The location is perfect, the rental is superb. Such craftsmanship, uniqueness, comfort. I love being able to sit on the couch on a cool night with the fireplace on and the doors open to hear and see the surf. Morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise is the best. We will be back again next year.

Amazing views

Overall the house is exactly as described. Small, quaint, rustic but cute. Fireplace was a great addition. Lots of extra towels linens etc. pullout couch surprisingly comfortable. Beach is amazing. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the dishes and silverware. Montecito was a mile walk and a great surprise as it is so pretty! Highly recommend.

Beach Business Getaway

I needed a place to stay for a retreat and decided to rent a beach house rather than stay at a hotel. The Boat House was adorable and cozy - right on the sand. You could sleep to the sound of the waves and drink your coffee as the sun rose over the surf. The only ONLY issue was that the neighbor's decks were an inch away... so there was no privacy whatsoever. Other than that, it was perfect.

VALENTINES GETAWAY

We booked this property for three days over Valentines weekend. The property was everything we hoped for and more. Soon as we opened the door we were in love with it. The first thing that you see is the incredible view of the ocean. The decor is a lovely nautical theme with lots of rich dark wood. Go out the lower door and you step right on the beach. It was just perfect, so much so we inquired about staying an extra day. They were able to accommodate us and we enjoyed one more day of paradise.

Good for a couple

This is a fantastic location, but it is really only good for a couple, maybe a child or two but not 3 or 4 adults. The reason is the second bed is a fold out sofa that is very uncomfortable. Our adult child ended up sleeping on the sofa folded up. Also, the shower is in the bedroom but the toilet/sink is right next to the kitchen so also fine for a couple but not more than 2 adults. By the way, for the price it is still a great place for a couple. The deck is fantastic and hearing the ocean is great. Also FYI, the shower walls are large stones which look cool but never really dry out so the place is musty, especially after using the shower. We would consider staying there again, but I could see how some people would be put off by this. The hosts were great. The rooftop deck is great. Are while there were downstairs tenants when we were there, there was no problem with the shared stairway. Also, a big plus is you can walk down the beach 3 minutes to the Miramar Beach Hotel for drinks or a meal.

Miramar Beach home was unique!

It truly is a boat house--very much resembling a boat. Not for everyone, but being boat owners it was perfect for us. Small, but well appointed with unique features like the stone shower in the bedroom, square commode, beautiful wood details and much beach and boat decor. The location is perfect--on the beach and close to shopping, dining out (Cava was fabulous), and downtown Santa Barbara. However, on the railroad tracks and frequent trains noisily go by. Also, no dishwasher. I understand the water issue, but not very sanitary as water does not get hot enough to kill germs. Plus one must run the water a long time in the kitchen to get that "hot" water. Loved the deck--especially as the dining room--the view and wave sound spectacular. Great access to the beach and toys for play provided. I am not sure I would call the listing totally accurate, but worth taking the chance. We loved it.

Perfect weekend!

Beautiful oceanfront home! Nice gated community with in walking distance from the Miramar Hotel for brunch thru the gate. Enjoyed local shopping and restaurants. Will be back next year.

A week in paradise

We loved the property. It was perfect for our family vacation. Our kids were at the Santa Barbara Zoo camp all week and spent the afternoons in the ocean. We couldn't have found a better place for us.
