About this space
Cozy retro spot to inspire your mood to enjoy the charms of surrounding DC, MD, and VA areas. Close drive to Anacostia, Navy Yard, MGM Casino and Tanger Outlets at National Harbor, and the Alexandria water front. Quick stroll to nearby neighborhood park 1 block away with bikes in abundance. Inside the apartment you'll have blazing fast internet, TV, spacious living room, and a big comfy bed! Come groove out!
No cigarette or weed smoking inside the property.
The space
This unit is on the first floor of a two-level building with four apartments.
I reside in one of the apartments on the second level and will be present during your stay.
There is also a friendly tenant living in one of the apartments on the second level who you will likely see during your stay in addition to friendly tenants in the adjacent apartment building.
The street is tree-lined and features similar apartment buildings. The neighborhood is friendly and social, quiet during the week, and more vibrant on weekends with local GoGo music, families in the park, and kids playing.
