Möblerad studio med egen ingång. En av två separata bostäder på en stor gated fastighet. Beläget i ett lugnt område med gatuparkering som aldrig kommer nära att fylla på.

Lägenheten är 22 fot X 39 fot. Har ett komplett badrum (5 'X 8') och ett kök (11 'X 5. 5') med fullstor ugn / spis, fullstor kylskåp och handfat. Köket är välfylld med krukor, kokkärl, etc. Queen size-säng. Klädskåp.

Fönster på alla fyra sidor av lägenheten ser främst ut på träd och (tvärs över en gata) ett kanjonområde. Lugnt och lugnt område men centralt beläget (nära Balboaparken, zoo, Centrum, Little Italy, flygplats och vik) med god tillgång till I-5 Freeway.

Gå in genom säkerhetsgrinden och sedan golv-2 egen ingång (besökare får din egen knappsatsskod för båda). Två små vänliga hundar är ibland ute på gården.

Studiolägenhet ligger på andra våningen (ovanför en carport som inte används särskilt mycket), åtskild från andra bostäder på fastigheter.

Quaint little getaway

My wife and I stayed at Hal's place for 3 weeks to use it as a bit of a base for smaller trips on the area (Catalina, Palm Springs, etc).It was the perfect little home away from home to always come back to between trips for us. The place is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need, both the couch and bed were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was fully stocked with towels everything else you might need.The area is great to explore San Diego, without being right in the touristy area. It felt like a very safe neighborhood.We actually had to slightly change our dates last minute due to my wife's work

Clean, comfortable, organized and everything you may need is provided. Very centrally located and freeways are easily accessible. Hal & Christine are easy to communicate with and available.

Another Great Stay

I spent a full month at Hal and Christine's apartment, my third stay there. The apartment was, as always, in great condition. It's quiet, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. Hal and Christine are very kind and welcoming. I always enjoy my time here and I'll be back soon.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler like myself. It's in a great and central location - close to the airport, 15 mins to downtown, 25 minutes to La Jolla. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable. This was my second stay and I'll be back. Hal and Christine are great hosts!

Great San Diego experience

The property was great. Clean and peaceful. The hosts were very respectful and responsive. This place was a couple mile radius to many of the attractions in San Diego. I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.

A successful stay

We stayed through January and February; everything was as advertised. The apartment is small, but clean, comfortable and functional. The location is quiet and convenient (if you have your own vehicle), and parking was never a problem. We took full advantage of the proximity of Balboa Park, and the 5 beach walks within easy driving distance (Harbor Island, Coronado, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla). Communication with Hal and Christine was quick and easy, and their suggestions were helpful. One fly in the ointment was the unstable wifi, but Hal was working with the provider (Cox) to get the problem resolved. All-in-all, a very successful holiday!

Great stay!

This loft was perfect for our stay! It was clean and stocked with soap/shampoo, coffee and kitchen supplies! The location was great - quiet and residential but not too far from things in the city. Hal & Christine were very friendly and easy to contact. I highly recommend this flat!

3 month stay in San Diego

Overall a great place in a great location. No laundry on site is a bummer but the location pretty much makes up for it. Owner is on site and great.

Best Lil Studio in SD

This studio has EVERYTHING you will need! It was amazing for my month long stay and Hal and Christine were always around if I needed something. It’s on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Had everything you needed!

I stayed in their studio apartment for three months during a summer internship from May to July. It had everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the apartment even down to the smallest details so you could feel right at home. Hal and Christine we’re phenomenal hosts and super easy to communicate with!

Great place to stay in Mission Hills!

My girlfriend and I needed a long term Vrbo while we found jobs and a new home in SD. Hal and Christine were so great! The flat is very nice and has everything you would need. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walks. Close to a market, restaurants, and easy to get to anywhere in SD. Hal and Christine were very sweet and were there to help with anything we needed! We highly recommend staying here!

Close to everything, wonderful property owners

Close to everything, wonderful property owners. I would highly recommend this property. It was in a beautiful area close to everything. Parking was never an issue. The apartment was clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. It had everything needed for a long term stay. The owners were also on property and were beyind nice. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Perfect!

I stayed at Hal and Christine's place for 5 months during my recent transition to living in San Diego. And, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The flat had EVERYTHING I needed to live comfortably and the beautiful and accessible location made my introduction to San Diego an incredibly positive experience. Last but definitely not least, Hal and Christine were the most gracious of hosts. Whenever I had a need or request they were immediately responsive and helpful. I will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family in the future when coming to town.

This is a beautiful studio apartment in a wonderful neighborhood!

Perfect Spot

I stayed here during an internship for three months. The studio has absolutely everything you would need. Hal and Christine really put some thought into the place. I didn't want to leave! The location is prime but the street is very quiet and I felt very safe here.

Cozy studio with awesome hosts and everything you need

I stayed at Hal's studio for a little over a month and had a great stay. The studio is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Was very clean on arrival, kitchen is stocked and the location is perfect - about 5 - 10 mins from the major neighborhoods and beaches. Hal was always very communicative with me and took care of anything I needed. Would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity. Thank you Hal and Christine for an awesome stay!

An Excellent Location

I spent February 2017 in Hal and Christine's studio flat. My hosts were very gracious, friendly and helpful. The studio, which is well equipped, is in a very attractive area called Middletown which has the most interesting architecture and gardens. I was pleased that it is very convenient to much of San Diego. Tom L
