3 sovrum, 2 bad i ombyggda viktorianska. Kom och besök Roe Summer Cottage! PÄ 1800-talet fungerade Roe Cottage som ett sommarboendehus. Det föll i förfall i senare Är, men vi har tagit det tillbaka till livet med en fullstÀndig renovering. Svit B omfattar hela andra vÄningen i byggnaden och sover 8 i 3 sovrum. Enkel incheckning med kod för inresa levererad före ankomst.




Din andra vÄningen ingÄng leder till ett öppet koncept kök och vardagsrum. Köket Àr fyllt med grundlÀggande rÀtter, glas, bestick och köksartiklar. Vardagsrummet har bekvÀma sittplatser, en plattskÀrms-TV med stort kabelkanalval. Det finns en andra TV i ett annat sovrum. Matsalen har ett stort bord med plats för 8 personer.

SÀngarna Àr alla gjorda med fÀrska sÀngklÀder för din ankomst. De tvÄ badrummen Àr utrustade med rena handdukar och handdukar.

Det finns en privat uppfart med parkering för 4 bilar alla pÄ en lugn gata i centrala Watkins Glen. Roe Summer Cottage ligger en kort promenad frÄn Seneca Lake, Watkins Glen State Park och Franklin Street, Watkins Glen huvudgata.

Great Location

We had a nice 2 night mid-week stay. The location was perfect - right outside Watkins Glen State Park and still an easy walk to the restaurants and shops on the way to the lake. No complaints about the place, it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms.

Overall, a great place to stay in Watkins Glen. We loved the location with its close proximity to walk to the harbor, restaurants and state park. Communication with the host was great, no issues. The cottage was clean with ample space to accommodate our group of 4. Will definitely book again when we're back in town.

You can't ask for a better spot in Watkins Glen. So close to Watkins Glen State Park and the downtown area of Seneca Lake. We used our car once the whole trip and were able to walk everywhere else. We had a group of 5 women. The unit was clean, comfortable, and safe. We will plan to stay here again!

Super convenient location since we could walk to town and Watkins Glen State Park in two minutes! Great coffee shop right across the street, too!

Such a convenient location only 2 blocks from the state park and just a short walk from downtown restaurants. Nice peaceful neighborhood.

Very convenient and easy for the price

Very basic in its appointments, but very easy and convenient. I am a little spoiled, so I would have appreciated AC in the bedrooms, but I survived nicely with the windows open June.Also a washer and dryer would be nice for those in town racing for and extended period of time.

Watkins Glen stay

This property is in a great location to easily walk to the marina, the park, restaurants, etc. Lovely town, beautiful area, nice main street attractions, and friendly people. Property was clean and had all necessities. Property management was very responsive.

Great stay

Great location and clean property. Walking distance to Watkins glen park and restaurants. Neighboring Church bells ring loudly between 10pm to 8 am so bring earplugs if you don’t want to be woken up that early.

Nice location

Nice location and we were able to walk in town and to Watkins Glen state park and even to get on dinner cruise! Apartment style so you have to be quiet by 10pm...

Large beautiful suite in Watkins Glen

The suite was great, we had a full house 5 adults 2 children and the space was perfect for orderign in, cooking as well as going out in the area to explore. We did have some issues parkign as the spots were not alocated and the drive way was shared, but we made the most of it!

Family spring break hiking trip

Overall a very convenient rental location. So close to Watkins Glen since it was only 2 blocks away. Close to the grocery store (Tops), a yummy BBQ place (Nick's), and a great ice cream bar (Glen's Dairy Bar). Very helpful to have a kitchen to cook meals throughout our stay. Appreciated the space and cleanliness of the 2 bathrooms. Had more than enough towels for our family. Great having room darkening shades in the windows too. Must stops relatively nearby are Corning Glass Museum, Watkins Glen, and Letchworth State Park. Just be aware some of the trails are closed for maintenance during the winter/early spring..

Great location and a comfortable stay

The Roe summer cottage is very nice, and the location is perfect. We were able to walk to downtown, Seneca Lake, and the Watkins Glen State Park. We actually went to the park twice we were so close. My husband enjoyed "Drive the Glen" at the Watkins Glen racecourse and driving the original road course from 1948. Lastly, it was nice be next to church, and we walked over for Sunday mass. We had a great family trip and will be back!

First time in Watkins Glen

First impressions: roomy, clean, neat and excellent location! Was especially fond of the coffee shop across the street. The apartment is bare bones so take note of the amenities and stop at the store on your way for coffee, tea, soap or shampoo. There were a few maintenance issues but the host was quick to respond. Overall, you can’t find a better location. Great trip!

The property is in great location as described on website. Manager was very responsive to calls and acted immediately to fix issues. My only negative was not enough plates towels cups only 5 of each. Very limited even toilet paper and paper towels ran out. Need more stock ..
