A 2-bedroom historic homestead in Sioux Falls, SD, blending timeless charm with modern comforts. Located near The Premier Center, FSD, and Downtown this cozy retreat features a patriotic theme and comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults.
Whether you're here for events, sightseeing, or relaxation, this inviting space offers a perfect home base for your stay.

Overview
This is a two story two bedroom home located in between the FSD airport and downtown Sioux Falls. The property sleeps up to 6 adults at its maximum and one infant. There is a full staircase to walk up in order to access the home as it is located on a hill. The home is complete with a full kitchen with the exception of no dishwasher. There is a formal dining room, living room with a sofa bed, sitting area and workspace at the front of the home, laundry in the basement, and two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs.

This home offers street parking only. Please keep this in mind when booking this property.
Heating/Cooling
This home is heated and cooled with central AC/heat. We do offer portable fans and ceiling fans to help with air circulation.
