Välkommen till det prestigefyllda samhället Frangista Beach! Kom med dina flip-flops och baddräkt i hand. Detta vackra 3BR / 3BA privat hem SLEEP 8 och ligger ett kvarter bort från gated stranden tillgång och ligger tvärs över gatan från Frangista Beach community pool. (Kod för strandgrind och poolgrind kommer att ges till gästerna.)

Upptäck nya golv, 11-fots tak och vackra möbler så fort du går genom ytterdörren till denna två våningar strand stuga. Samla i det öppna gourmet köket och vardagsrum och matplats på första våningen. Vardagsrummet är utrustat med en drottning bäddsoffa för att ge ytterligare sovplatser om det behövs. En 55-tums plattskärms-4K HDTV, Blu-Ray-spelare och Roku (med tillgång till Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, YouTube, etc.) är tillgängliga för din underhållning. Koppla av och njut av det vackra vädret på en av tre rymliga verandor.

Också ligger på första våningen finns två drottning sovrum med eget badrum. Det andra våningen sovrummet har en king size-säng och privat master badrum med duschkabin och dubbla fåfängligheter. Det stora sovrummet har också en skärmad veranda med en sex personer samtal sittplats för att njuta av konversation och vin med vänner eller samla för kaffe på morgonen. (Gratis Keurig brygger med en sampler av K-koppar som tillhandahålls vid incheckningen.) Alla rum har plattskärms-TV, DVD-spelare och kabel-TV-service.

Frangista Beach ligger bara några minuter från Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park och en mängd familjevänliga restauranger, shopping och nöjesställen. Great house

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! From the noment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed-from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax both indoors and out.

We stayed for a month and the house was very clean, close to the beach and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would highly recommend it.

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.

Best Destin Rental!

The location is perfect, the pool is clean, the house is beautiful, and the customer service is top notch. I accidentally sent a bunch of Amazon packages there after I went home, and their staff helped me get them sent back. They just go above and beyond all the time. Can't wait to return next year!

The house is located one street off of the extremely busy Scenic Gulf Dr., so you have all of the convenience of the location but it is on a nice quiet street. The walk to the beach is very easy. The pool across the street is great as well. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need. We are definitely coming back next year!

The home was very nice however don't recommend for toddlers as the steps were a problem even though we brought a gate, they needed to stay upstairs as the bedrooms downstairs were not large enough to put two sleeping type cribs. Although the property had a great living area. I did not like the open transoms over the bedroom doors as you can hear TV's on in next bedrm etc. Loved the kitchen utensils, could have left a lot of mine at home.

Different Name, Same Beautiful Home!!!

We previously stayed at this home when it was called Sand Pointe Cottage. We love the new name! It was a nice addition to replace the double twin bedroom with a queen bed. The 3 couples didn't have to fight over rooms this time!! With the community pool and the short walk to the private beach, this home is in a perfect location and we will continue to stay at this home for years to come. There is also a walking/ bike path along the scenic highway where you can see the ocean while walking your dog. At some points there is also a boardwalk above the beach. It’s one block from a road that goes out to Rt. 98.We stayed six weeks and felt safe and comfortable.

Perfect Getaway

Great House and Location

This house is in the perfect location! Very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great bonus! Our beach spot was reserved every day. The house was perfect for our family of 7 and an infant. The kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we needed. Beach towels are also available to use. The house was well stocked with basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and wash soap to get us started. It was great to bring our fur baby too. The pool was just across the street and very nice. It would be great if there was a golf cart 😊. We will definitely return to this house for vacation.

Gives arm bands yet still asks for your address every time you come through the gate. Line gets very long in the afternoon because he has to go through several pages of addresses to find it. The beach was a very short walk and we loved having 2 beach chairs and an umbrella everyday. The pool in Frangista was very nice too. We enjoyed cooling off after a day at the beach and the boys enjoyed night swimming. Also, Hector was great and took care of us. Aquaholic was very clean and very well maintained. We would definitely recommend this home for a beach vacation. We are already looking at reserving Aquaholic for next summer!

Location, location, location!!! Aquaholic was wonderful!

Wish we had a few more days. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Frangista Beach. The proximity to both the beach and pool was great. The house and especially the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very clean. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property. Hector was also awesome and responded quickly to any questions we had and went above and beyond with assisting our daughter on check out day. The only negative for my husband and I were the quality and number of pillows….kind of flat. Otherwise, we made lasting memories for my husband’s 60th!!

Always a Great Time at Frangista Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always we had a great time at Frangista Beach. Typical Florida Coast Weather, rain and sunshine. We didn't let the rain keep us off the beach and enjoyed the sun while it was out. As always beautiful sand and water. The appliances, cookware and living room furniture could be updated and would like a firmer master bedroom mattress. Overall experience was great. We have stayed at this location before and do enjoy it, the location works out great for us. Will definitely be back, if a few things are updated.
