Main Level:
Living Room: The cozy living room includes a stunning stone gas fireplace and soaring ceilings, offering spectacular views of Quandary Mountain through its immense windows. Gather with your crew on the comfortable couches after a day of mountain adventures.
Kitchen: The beautiful and modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances. You'll find a double stacked oven, a countertop gas range, and a dishwasher. The large island and extensive counter space allows for more than enough space to cook up a delicious meal.
Dining Room: The dining room is bathed in natural light and has a beautifully crafted wood table and chandelier with seating for 8.
Laundry Room: The full-size washer and dryer are tucked away just inside the home by the entrance for the garage.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is in the back corner of the home past the dining area. The primary bedroom has a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, private deck, exquisite King bed, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a large soaking tub, spacious walk-in shower, and his & her sinks.
Upper Level:
Den: Heading upstairs you will find a cozy entertainment room to watch movies and play games. There is a full-size pool table and a large TV with plenty of DVDs for family movie night.
Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity.
Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom has a King bed and access from the bedroom to a full-sized shared bathroom. This bathroom is shared and has access from the hallway.
Bedroom 4: The second guest room has two Full/Double beds, and two Twin beds tucked away in the alcove window. This room also includes an ensuite bath with single vanity and walk-in shower.
This home showcases exceptional attention to detail and includes exclusive access to Goose Pasture Tarn, ideal for fishing, paddle boarding, and boating. The serene environment attracts abundant wildlife, offering frequent sightings of moose, foxes, and deer right from the deck.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
