Seaside Memories är ett vackert renoverat 3 sovrum, 2 badrum enfamiljshus beläget i nordvästra Bradenton, bara några minuter från Anna Maria Island. När du sätter dig in i Seaside Memories kommer känslan av att vara på semester vara omedelbar! Havets mjuka färger dekorerar detta enorma hem med speciella inslag överallt du ser.
Anpassade köksskåp, avancerade apparater och många små prylar kan bara ändra dig om matlagning medan du är på semester. Oavsett om det fylls på frukost i frukostbaren, överför lunch, snacks och drinkar genom det praktiska köksfönstret till utsidan Lanai, eller fira speciella tillfällen och semestrar vid det formella matbordet, kommer du säkert inte att bli hungrig på den här resan!
Det finns två sittplatser så att alla har sitt eget utrymme att sprida ut! Ett rum har utsikt över poolen, perfekt för att dyka in i den boken som du noggrant valde specifikt för semestern, medan det andra rummet är bättre lämpat för att fånga upp dina TV-program eller stänga av lamporna och titta på en film! Båda rummen är lika plyscha och bekväma.
I slutet av en lång dag i solen, vila upp till nästa äventyrsdag i ett av de tre sovrummen som Seaside Memories erbjuder. Nice place and neighborhood

Not far at all from the beaches, place had tons of space and can relax on the back porch. Took a walk each morning and the neighbors were even welcoming - would stay again!

This was a great stay and close to IMG, where one child attended camp. The house was perfect and allowed the rest of the family to enjoy the week while he was in camp.

Wonderful house

We had a great stay! The house was very clean with comfortable beds and excellent water pressure. The layout of the house was very nice with the master in a separate wing from the other bedrooms. The outdoor space was lovely and peaceful and well-kept. Highly recommend this property!

Great for family

We had a pleasant time at this location. We had some issues with the cable and internet, but the property manager was attentive and fixed the problems that came to them. Close to the beach, area seemed safe and quiet at night time.

old house, well located

great location of the house, not fare away from shopping, beaches etc. House rather old, inside nicely freshened up! Pool and garden rather loveless, broken deck chairs were replaced by old chairs, no nice plants, etc. Air conditioner of the neighbor makes a huge noise and is just next to the master bedroom and the pool area

Great for families

Palma Sola was a lovely property... it was clean and had a fresh feeling when you walk in. It was very airy with many windows allowing natural light to come in. The house is split with master on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. You do need to bring your own shamppo/ conditioner. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and pots/ pans and dishes/ drinkware... but NO spices/oils besides salt and pepper. Also, bring your own foil/ baggies. They do have things for the beach but we did not use. The heated pool is nice but the weather was a bit chilly when we were there. There are areas to sit in the sun around the pool or a shaded area to read. The location of the home was amazing with a very short drive to Anna Maria Island, DeSoto Park (that has an amazing walking path close to the water and the sunsetsand sunrises are pretty amazing from there too). The Robinson Nature Preserve is an amazing place to see wild life and to walk and or run. The traill brings you a diverse terrain of Florida and the glow/ color of sunsets bring an extra blessing.

Schönes Haus, zweckmässige Einrichtung, Top-Qualität (z.B. Holzböden). Zusätzliches Asset: Gaming-Room (Billard, Tischtennis, Kino) in der Garage.Der Grill funktionierte, hatte aber seine Macken (kein Anzünder, zwei von vier Brennstäben nicht fixiert, keine Auffangschale).

Superb Home in Wonderful Location

Everything you could need for an excellent family holiday. Wonderful location close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping malls, parks and nature trails. We had two children under 1 in the group and the owner kindly provided all we needed. Strongly recommended.

Our 2022 Vacation in Florida

We so enjoyed the week and this was the second time staying in this house. We enjoyed the pool and just absolutely love the house. We had a little problem with the washer, and Alex was quick to take care of everything and then call back to check to make sure all was well. We would love to come back again!

BETTER THAN THE PICTURES!!!

This house is EVERYTHING!!! It’s much larger than it appears. The neighborhood is super nice and convenient to the super market, restaurants, and the BEACH!!! Anywhere you want or go is super close. The house is immaculate and beautifully spaced out. The pool is amazing and the water refreshing. Listen, it’s the best property my family has ever stayed at for vacation and we rent homes twice a year. We will DEFINITELY be back! If I could give it 100 stars I would. My family of 6 enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Just what the doctor ordered!!!

To land the plane…This place was everything we wanted and more! My wife and I, our two girls (8 & 10) and my in-laws stayed here for a week. The pool was a hit with the whole family and the fact that it was heated made it all the better for early morning and late evening dips. The outdoor space was perfect for meals and relaxing by the pool. And the fact it was completely screened in kept the bugs away and even provided a little shade form the sun. The lay out was great and we were able to enjoy the luxurious master suite while the kids and in-laws were on the other side of the house, haha! The kitchen was functional and provided all the prep/cooking space we needed. The A/C worked great (the master is like 4° cooler than the rest of the house). The neighborhood was quiet and “lovely” (inside joke, read the guestbook). The pond provided some cool nature viewing (lots of turtles, ducks and baby ducks, cranes/herons, hawks, fish and one beautiful Roseate spoonbill). About 10-15 mins to Coquina beach (we saw dolphins, manatees and lots of fishies). My one request would be a pingpong table in the garage! Lol! We would absolutely stay here again!

Really nice home. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Robinson Preserve is a short walk. Washer and Dryer need a little maintenance or replacing, but other than that it is all positives.

Absolutely gorgeous! Clean property, beautiful view and great location!

Had absolutely wonderful stay. Nothing but pleasant things to say. Beautiful, clean home. Very spacious. Loved the layout of the house. Clean, comfortable bedding. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Extra bedding and towels including extra beach towels. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful pool view of the large ponds and palm trees. Property well taken care of. Kid friendly. Beautifully decorated. Only 10-25 minutes drive to all the beaches in the area, explored as many as we could. Close to airport, grocery stores and restaurants are near by. Definitely recommend this place. I'm pretty picky when it comes to location and cleanliness of the place so was pleasantly surprised that it was even better than I expected. Can't wait to come back with my family! If I could I'd give this place 10 stars! Thank you so much for making our family vacation memorable.
