The best location

The beautiful cedar shake Victorian is located right in the quintessential town of Chatham and has easy access to main street shops/restaurants and beaches. The condo is nicely appointed and gets the best light. The hosts are on the premises so communications are easy. And bonus - they have the sweetest bernadoodle

A wonderful space in a great town

We had a wonderful time at the Atkins House in Chatham. it is centrally located on Main Street, while far enough from the shops to ensure quiet -- and a close walk to the beach and the other walking routes in the area. The accomodations were perfect for our needs with generous space, great light from the windows and a kitchen that enabled us to cook good meals and enjoy the pleasure of an outdoor grill. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived, and we tried to make sure we left it that way. We really enjoyed our stay -- and had a perfect time, the end of summer in Cape Cod. We look forward to returning.

Chatham anniversary celebration

Perfect week on the cape. The apartment was perfect. Loved being right in town and so close to the beach. Our hosts were lovely. They provided everything needed to insure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Terrific Vacation!

Great location in downtown Chatham. Short walk to the beach, Chatham Bars Inn and quaint shops. The condo was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The hosts were so friendly and attentive. We’re looking forward to visiting again next year!

Great place with perfect location

Very clean and comfortable place in ideal location within walking distance to restaurants / baseball field / beaches / shopping. Comfortable beds / nice kitchen / nice bathrooms / grill / beach chairs / shed to store bikes and paddle board made the visit very enjoyable. Great communication with Allan & Eliza throughout including talking with Allan in-person at check-in. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Week

Wow! What an amazing week we had and selecting this property for our home base was an excellent choice. The location right on Main Street was so convenient and allowed us to walk with ease for coffee, dinner, ice cream and shopping…. And lots of great options for all. The 2 beaches close by were both lovely. The layout, cleanliness and decor of the property were all top notch.

Perfect Place to Stay in Downton Chatham

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this updated, very nice upstairs apartment. Beds were so comfortable and the place was super clean. Perfect location for shopping and walk to the beach. Owners were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location

I really liked how convenient it was to the town of Chatham. You can never find parking in town so it was very nice to have a spot to park in. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhoods to get to the lighthouse and beach.

Fantastic stay!

Perfect hideaway in the best location in Chatham. Our hosts were super easy to communicate with, although no communication necessary - everything was as described or better. The apartment has all necessities and comforts - only shopping we needed to do was fresh fish for the grill. :) Dog-friendly too, including the super-chill dog host! Can't wait to return!!

A perfect location for a lovely and comfortable condo

The condo was beautifully appointed. Great natural light and all the amenities you'd need. The location was perfect- situated on Main Street but slightly beyond the noisy hustle and bustle of town. Walkable to Light House Beach, Oyster Pond, town center, restaurants, shopping, etc. And, the owners are available and have the sweetest dog in residence

Great location

We love staying on Main Street and being able to walk to all of our favorite places in Chatham or easily bike to Hanger B for breakfast. Beds were VERY comfortable (my 13 year old twins loved them too!) and parents and kids had separate bathrooms. Living space was very comfortable as well. Kitchen was great though we only cooked once. Owner was very nice and said hello when we checked in.

Excellent location, great hosts!

Wonderful location - right in downtown Chatham. The condo has been well kept, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts checked in throughout our stay and were available for any questions. Would stay here again.

Condo on Main

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The location is ideal for the beach and downtown dining and shopping. King size bed in the master is ideal and comfortable. The decor is thoughtful and beachy. We will rent again.

Excellent Location in Chatham

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. Fantastic location - steps from town and short walk to the beach. In our estimation, the space was even better than depicted in listing photos. Very nice owners. Recommended without reservations.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful apartment. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and it could not be more convenient! We loved walking everywhere and never felt the need to get in the car. The owners were very responsive as well. It was perfect!

Everything We Needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s the perfect spot in the center of town, right by the coffee shoppes & The Squire, and a short walk to Light House Beach. Very comfortable accommodations, and the communication with the hosts Eliza and Allan was excellent. This is one of our favorites, for sure. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you Eliza & Allan!

Highly recommend - perfect Chatham vacation spot

Excellent location to explore Chatham and the rest of the cape. Clean with a capital "C", well equipped for small & large meals, and very quiet and comfortable. Really enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck after roaming Lighthouse Beach and the town. Pleasant hosts and sweet dog. We highly recommend & hope to return.

Super cozy

If you’re looking for a cozy home for a few days, this is the place. So sweetly decorated, bright, and cheery. Felt st home immediately. The location was awesome, just out your door is an adorable little beach town. Allan and Eliza were responsive and kind. Wonderful weekend despite the rain.
