Enjoy this mid-century modern inspired home with Pacific coast vibes and modern amenities. This 3-bedroom town home in La Jolla is perfect for your escape to the sunny city. With a king bed, queen bed, and 2 twin beds, this enchanting property offers a pleasant stay for guests. The home went through a complete renovation, which was completed in June of 2020. Perfect for a corporate rental, or a family of 6 looking to enjoy an extended Southern California get-a-way.
Features include a fenced in/private front porch, open concept design, and a large master bedroom with ensuite bath and deck. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.
HOME IS AVAILABLE FOR 31 DAY MINIMUM. If you would like to rent the home for longer than 90 days (or 3 months), please contact us prior to booking.

Hello there! Weâre Brian and Amanda, and we own this cozy townhome. This was Brianâs childhood home until he was 12 years old, where his father was a pilot in the US Air Force. Fast forward, many years, and Brian's father held onto the home while living in Denver, CO. Amanda is an independent interior designer, and in 2020, fully renovated the home with a cozy Mid-Century Modern inspiration and Pacific coast vibes. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Westfield UTC mall is just around the corner and a lovely place to walk around, shop, dine, drink, and/or go ice skating to beat the heat. La Jolla beach is just a 10 minute drive, as well as the famous Torrey Pines golf course. You can also enjoy the Birch Aquarium, hiking at Torrey Pines, or dinner in downtown La Jolla.
