In an effort to maintain a secure premise and the safety of our guests, there is a Ring doorbell on the front porch.
The camera is ONLY on the exterior of the home, there are NO cameras inside the home. This outward- facing camera is activated by motion and records both video and audio.

The water depth at the end of our dock ranges between 3ft-5ft.

The closest store is Dollar General , located 13 miles away. The closest small grocery store is Sandy's IGA it is 16 miles in the downtown area of Sparta. However, Instacart delivers to the property from several major grocery stores in Milledgeville! So, you never have to leave the fun! If you want to drive to Milledgeville to shop or enjoy restaurants there, you are 30 minutes away (shorter by boat). We usually like to get most if not all of our groceries on the way into the property. The neighboring cities from all directions have various stores to do so.
INSTACART does DELIVER to the property. You would just need an account with them to do so. There is a small long distance fee , but very reasonable if I don't want to leave the FUN. We have always had flawless delivery service.
