Denna fantastiska 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet har ett öppet och rymligt vardagsrum och matsal område, ett fullt utrustat och vackert uppdaterat kök med granit bänkskivor, härlig inredning med smakfulla färger, kakel och trägolv i hela samt en härlig balkong precis utanför av vardagsrummet. Varje lägenhet har 2 balkonger för användning, 1 utanför sovrummet och den andra med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen! Denna plats är perfekt för en familjesemester, eftersom det finns en park på framsidan av fastigheten och en pool och stranden i ryggen! Enhet 1 är 1 trappa upp och i södra hörnet. Kom och lek på våra stränder idag !! OBS: Det här är en helt rökfri fastighet. Det finns ingen hiss på denna plats, bara trappor för åtkomst. Sunset Villas är en unik och förtjusande strandfastighet i Redington Shores. Denna plats har 4 olika 2 sovrum, 2 bad enheter med vardera en halv privat strand balkong från vardagsrummet samt en privat balkong utanför condo. Varje lägenhet har en bekväm strandinredning överallt, individuell tvättmaskin och torktumlare för användning, parkering på plats och varje sovande upp till 5 gäster. På plats finns en uppvärmd - privat pool, direkt tillgång till stranden, lekplats på andra sidan gatan för barnen, kolgrill och uteplats för de kvällskakorna tillsammans med allt annat du behöver för en verkligt minnesvärd strandferie. Du hittar John's Pass Village ca 5 miles söderut, som är fylld med shopping, restauranger, vattenaktiviteter och underhållning för alla. Känner du att köra några bergskustar medan du är i stan? Busch Gardens i Tampa ligger ungefär en timmes bilresa bort eller träffar Disney Parkerna och alla andra Orlando attraktioner på bara 2 timmar. Florida Aquarium i Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, vackra parker och miles av stränder är bara en handfull anledningar att besöka våra Pinellas County stränder !!! Redington Shores är en pittoresk strandstad som ligger bara en kort bilresa utanför St Petersburg, en stad belägen med museer, konstgallerier, restauranger och shopping. September beach trip

Great location

This unit is in a wonderful spot close to the beach. The unit was in need of some minor maintenance inside and a bit more maintenance outside. Things you would expect at the price. Would we go back?

Beach vacay

The location was great. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The beach was just a few steps away. The pool was nice to have just down from our condo. I am glad we stayed on the first level. The furniture was outdated and not as comfortable at other condos we have stayed in. There is only one tv in the condo. Our stay overall was amazing!

Lockdown on the beach...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We fled the Washington, DC area for a month on the beach. Our plan was to recreate our lives in a more comfortable climate. Sunset Villa in Redington Shores was the perfect place to do this for 30 enjoyable days. We drove down and took everything but the kitchen sink. We will return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location and has great views with easy access to the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped. While the unit was clean, I never saw anyone attend to the pool during our stay and it needed a good cleaning. The pool deck area also needed to be cleaned up as the occupants from the previous week left a large amount of beach toys scattered around the pool. We also had 3 different mainteance/contract workers show up to do work. 2 of the 3 were unannounced and didn't really seem to care that we were on vacation. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

Not what I expected

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is 5 stars! The sad part is the place was dirty, and we had no cleaning supplies to clean. We aren't the type to complain, but a vacuum and cleaning supplies would have been great! Furniture is so outdated! Jean material for couch, ripped arm chairs and stains on chair. Broken lamp socket, ceiling fan light kits shot, and 3 electrical outlets so dangerous we didn't use them. Cleaning lady left disgusting dirt on floors and bathroom and kitchen not cleaned. I loved the quiet serenity but honestly, you have a multi-million dollar property!! Take care of it and upgrade it! I work in lighting in Look me up should you want to design something gorgeous!!All in all, I would rent again for beach location which was beautiful! However, I would buy supplies prior and also equip the unit with beach chairs and floor fans.

Great Beach Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time at Sunset Villas and this time our inlaws joined us. We were in Unit #2 and they were in unit #1. Both places were very clean and comfortable. We liked some of the upgrades from the previous year (kitchen, king size bed, etc.). We really enjoyed the location right on the beach and had fun BBQ'ing and swimming in the pool with our two young kids. We'd highly recommend this spot and will be back soon.

Nightmares and extremely splendid days.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrive at RR there were no information and keys in the lockerbox. It was 2:05am and took us nerves and additional 30 minutes. Besides the very good weather conditions did we have certain trouble. It was not cleane well. Dirty pool. Dirty balconies, a broken pipe for the dishwasher and in the appartments above builders were totally renovating the kitchenns and bathroom. Three days it was more of a building site than a vacational rental!!!!!

I loved the comfortable chair with foot rest. I could have and almost did sleep in it all night. Everything was exactly as pictured. It was so nice also having the pool for a break from the beach. The only negative thing was not having any chairs to use at the beach. I'm hoping that each unit in the future can have at least 2 beach chairs for each unit available on each porch.

Sunset Villas Unit 1

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the unit for five weeks in March. The condo was in good shape, cleaner than last year, and the kitchen reno was great. The owners do a great job repairing and updating the condo. We found it to be very well equipped and comfortable. Location amazing! Resort Rentals is a great company to deal with. Any concerns were dealt with immediately. They were friendly, and very accommodating. Our first two week stay was awesome as the other units were occupied by adults. Our only concern was the number of children in the other units for the last 3 weeks of our visit. The families, for the most part, were very nice, but children being children, were very noisy and often times we could not sit outside because of it. Too loud for us. It's a lot of money to spend on a vacation when you have to hang out inside and can't enjoy your deck on beautiful days. It is not the fault of the children or their families, it is a result of the condo set up. I would recommend the condo, but be aware that you may be sharing the property with lots of kids!
