Denna fantastiska 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet har ett öppet och rymligt vardagsrum och matsal område, ett fullt utrustat och vackert uppdaterat kök med granit bänkskivor, härlig inredning med smakfulla färger, kakel och trägolv i hela samt en härlig balkong precis utanför av vardagsrummet. Varje lägenhet har 2 balkonger för användning, 1 utanför sovrummet och den andra med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen! Denna plats är perfekt för en familjesemester, eftersom det finns en park på framsidan av fastigheten och en pool och stranden i ryggen! Enhet nr 3 är 2 trappuppgångar och i södra hörnet. Kom och lek på våra stränder idag !! OBS: Det här är en helt rökfri fastighet. Det finns ingen hiss på denna plats, bara trappor för åtkomst. Sunset Villas är en unik och förtjusande strandfastighet i Redington Shores. Denna plats har 4 olika 2 sovrum, 2 bad enheter med vardera en halv privat strand balkong från vardagsrummet samt en privat balkong utanför condo. Varje lägenhet har en bekväm strandinredning överallt, individuell tvättmaskin och torktumlare för användning, parkering på plats och varje sovande upp till 5 gäster. På plats finns en uppvärmd - privat pool, direkt tillgång till stranden, lekplats på andra sidan gatan för barnen, kolgrill och uteplats för de kvällskakorna tillsammans med allt annat du behöver för en verkligt minnesvärd strandferie. Du hittar John's Pass Village ca 5 miles söderut, som är fylld med shopping, restauranger, vattenaktiviteter och underhållning för alla. Känner du att köra några bergskustar medan du är i stan? Busch Gardens i Tampa ligger ungefär en timmes bilresa bort eller träffar Disney Parkerna och alla andra Orlando attraktioner på bara 2 timmar. Florida Aquarium i Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, vackra parker och miles av stränder är bara en handfull anledningar att besöka våra Pinellas County stränder !!! Redington Shores är en pittoresk strandstad som ligger bara en kort bilresa utanför St Petersburg, en stad belägen med museer, konstgallerier, restauranger och shopping. Over all it was good though I wasn’t happy to have to bring keys back to officeMaybe have a Dropbox at the property it was very inconvenient to drop keys off and catch a flight first thing in morning Maybe put that in listing before people book/pay for the place

Awesome location. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall cleanliness was good.

Best location

We’ve been coming to Redington Shores for about 5 years now. This place was by far our favorite! Right on the beach and the perfect size for our family of 5. The balcony view was breath taking. We will definitely be coming back here.

Beautiful view and clean property. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing we didn’t like was having to drive to the office to pick up keys and having to drive to the office to return keys.

Loved the location, the beach, the views!

What we wanted and needed!!

My family wanted a stay ON the beach! We got just that! Location was perfect! Although not a private beach, it was like a private beach. Walk right out to the beach and set up our things from sunrise to sunsets- PERFECT!! The property was clean and comfy. We will be staying here again for our next Florida trip.

Love the beach location. Short walk to Candy Kitchen!! This could be dangerous, lol. Ready to book it again! Property is as described. Property manager was excellent at answering any question and quick to get a broken dryer latch repaired ASAP.

We found the home to be very beautiful, comforting and in a great location on the beach. I do believe that it would be easier if you had a key pick up lockbox on site of the property to pick up and drop off. It is a pain in the rear to have to drive all the way and find the place to pick keys up especially when you arrive after hours in the dark and do not know the area. Otherwise it was beautiful and we had a great time, thank you.

Nice beachfront rental

The condo is as advertised. Right in redington beach - quiet community in the st Petersburg area. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. A couple of notes - the balcony overlooking the pool and beach was lovely although the balcony is shared with the condo next door. It wasn't a problem for us since we were the only occupants this weekend but could be an issue with rowdy neighbors. The kitchen was sparsely provisioned - incomplete sets of dinnerware, silverware, etc. many were chipped and all were well used. There were Minimal cooking utensils and pots - most are well used and could do with being replaced. Linens and towels were provided but no beach towels were included. Checkin/out was cumbersome. Had to travel 20 minutes south to the rental office. In this day and age, it's hard to understand why electronic locks can't be provided. Overall nice property and location. We would rent again.

Condo needs a little updating and a thorough cleaning. We don’t rent a car so it was very inconvenient to pick up and drop off keys. The washer had a leak and our ice maker didn’t work. The outside was broken and a gas grill would’ve been better The couch and chair in living room needs replaced along with the outdoor furniture cushions. We did not have top sheets in the twin bedroom. I would still highly recommend this property and would definitely come back!!

Inflexible and Unaccommodating

We were anxious to stay here but my family came down with Covid. We were hoping for a little accommodation on this so far as a credit of some sort as we paid in advance. No. Our problem we were told. $1200 they kept and we didn’t even stay there.

1st October vacation to Florida

One day couldn't get in pool or sit around pool because of so many people from the other 2 units had people over. Dryer door in condo wouldn't stay closed, hair dryer only worked on one settings, outside shower and hoses weren't working to rinse sand off before getting in pool. It would be nice if kitchen had measuring cups and spoons, can coozies, and just a few amenities would be great. Beach chairs at condo so you wouldn't have to rent them from the office. More blankets would have been good also. We had a good trip but for the money we spent would have thought things would have been better.

Relaxing & Quiet

Before getting into the unit you have to drive a few miles out of the way to pick up the key from a lock box and at the end of your stay you have to drop these keys off at the same location. Instructions provided via email were easy to follow. Despite a hiccup related to hurricane Ian, our stay was relaxing and without interruptions. After our first night and day we requested an additional night to be added to our stay because we loved the unit and location so much! A response to our inquiry was provided in less than 24 hours over a weekend. Check out instructions were simple and not onerous. The unit is large and easily provides space for two couples or a family of 4. The back balcony was spacious with chairs and a table for dining alfresco or just sitting sitting back with a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the waves or read a good book. The sunsets were breathtaking and next level amazing! The pool had plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate guests for all the units as well as a covered seating area with couches. The pool was clean and crystal clear. Just a few short steps from the pool and you’re sinking your feet in white soft sand to play in the small waves of the warm Gulf. The location is within walking distance to a few restaurants and a super short drive to John’s Pass or Treasure Island. The only things I didn’t like were the firm bed mattresses and one toilet didn’t flush very well. Overall, minor issues. 9/10 would stay here again!

Great Location with Amazing Beach Access but a terrible check in process

As the saying goes "location, location, location" and this condo nailed it. We have stayed in the area several times and this was our favorite location by far. No complaints with the set up of the condo (no beach towels, so bring your own). The communication was great with the property mgmt. company. This would be a 5 star condo if not for the check in and out process. The Check in and out process gets a solid F- . Probably the worst check in and out process we have ever experienced in 15+ years of renting condos Note this place DOES NOT have an electronic lock or a lock box on site so you are forced to go to the property mgmt. location to pick up the keys. For the cost of this condo a 1985 check in process was a joke. The key pick up and drop is 15 to 20 mins away from the condo and the airport depending on traffic, so plan accordingly. Had the pick location been on the way to the airport it would have been okay but unfortunately that is not case. When we went to get our key at 10pm night there was no light on the lock box which was yet another pain to this process fumbling around trying to get in the box to locate our key. Check out is at 10 am and at 9:40 AM the cleaners where hanging outside the door to start cleaning. Again for the cost of this condo, having to high hurdle the cleaning crew while we were loading the car was annoying at best and left my wife very ticked off with the process. I loved the condo but would not use this property mgmt. co again to rent a VRBO due to the check in and out process.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very excited about our Florida vacation right on the beach. Upon arrival we were disappointed by the condition of the condo! The cleanliness was sub par for a property that is considered very high end. Among the things that were very dirty were the window sills, blinds, ceiling fans, shelving and all the baseboards. Considering the promise of in depth cleaning due to Covid, it definately wasn't clean! I called the property management and they sent the cleaning crew out to clean again. Also, the washing machine wouldn't work and the repairman came out 3 tines before it worked. The air conditioning stopped working and then there was a water leak. In all we had to wait for cleaning or repair people to come out a total of 7 times in the month we were at the condo. None of this should have happened with a vacation rental. All these issues should have been taken care of by the owner before a renter came. Some updates are sorely needed.(chipped dishes, dirty curtains, old bedding and stained pillows) So although the location was perfect, nothing else was! Won't be returning next year!
