Tänk dig att vakna till ljudet av havet från vår 6: e våningen, lägenhet på stranden! Hos Madeira Beach har vårt lägenhetskomplex en uppvärmd pool, badtunna, shuffleboard, tiki hut och en stor grillgrill. Upplev sant på stranden!

Lyssna på en morgon kopp kaffe eller en kväll glas vin från den 30 fot långa balkongen som sträcker sig längden på lägenheten. Öppna balkongen från både vardagsrummet och sovrummet så att alla verkligen kan uppskatta den fantastiska havsutsikten och spektakulära solnedgångar. Vår lägenhet ligger mellan Clearwater och St. Pete Beaches, och inom 45 minuter. från Tampa International Airport. Byggnaden ligger inom kort gångavstånd till en mataffär, drogbutik, närbutik, restauranger, barer, affärer, ett postkontor och ett bibliotek. Den populära John's Pass Village ligger en kort vagnsresa bort.

The perfect condo on Madeira beach

When I read reviews I want simple details like was it clean, are the beds comfortable, were the beach chairs nice. I thought the reviews were too good to be true, but they are not! This has been the best place we have ever stayed. Why, because Scott and Laurie have made their place so comfortable. Yes the location is perfect for viewing amazing sunsets,walks on the beach and pool time but it’s the little things like a kitchen with everything, a bathroom closet filled with all you need and another closet filled with great beach chairs, umbrellas and more. The decor is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Spring 2025

Our family has enjoyed this property many times in the past. We were delighted to come again this year for a longer stay. Our adult kids were able to come for a few days too. The location is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the pool and beach, and dining in a variety of places. The hosts are great communicators and have a wonderful place they are happy to see visitors enjoy. We've been a variety of vacation rental and the hospitality shown here is unmatched! We hope to continue returning in the future as an escape from the cold. Nothing beats sun on your face and sand in your toes!

We truly enjoyed Scott and Laurie’s condo. Beautiful place and location. In the many years of staying in vacation rentals, we’ve never stayed in a place so well stocked. There’s so many wonderful restaurants, many things to do, and a lovely beach with perfect beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The owners are very responsive

Beach Front Bliss

Another year, another wonderful vacation at La Playa Loca. We enjoyed our time in the sun spending time at the pool and on the beach. The view from the balcony is spectacular where you can view the dolphins in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. The condo is very clean and well maintained. As always, Scott and Laurie are great hosts who ensure you have everything you need to sit back and enjoy your time at their condo in Ocean Sands. We are already looking forward to our return next year. Thank you Scott and Laurel!

We loved our A.M. beach walks, the proximity of restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacy, but most of all, we loved your beautifully decorated condo, so generously equipped with everything. Relaxing Getaway!

We had an amazing time in Madeira Beach while staying here. The condo is in a great location and enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach each morning was fabulous! The hosts are great to work with, responsive and accommodating. We felt very welcomed and appreciated in their condo. Whether we were in the pool, inside, or on the balcony we were able to truly relax and enjoy our stay.

Spectacular! What a beautiful condo! Scott and Laurie are the most responsive hosts we’ve ever encountered with VRBO. When they asked us if there was anything they needed to change or fix, we honestly couldn’t think of a single thing! The beautifully decorated and unbelievably well- stocked unit, the stunning views from the huge balcony, the pristine building and great location,- 5 stars all around! We cannot wait to visit again!

This Place Has It All

This beachfront condo provides everything you need for fun, inside and out. The decor, amenities, comfort and location are perfect. The sunsets from the huge balcony were magnificent and walking to the beach bars/restaurants for good food and live music was such fun. Scott and Laurie are extremely generous and thoughtful hosts. We’ll be back!

3 weeks at ocean sands !

In our opinion this is the best condo on madeira beach - we love it so much we bought one . You can not go wrong renting this vacation condo . The view can not be beat . The beds are fabulous , condo is fully stocked with supplies (tissue ,soap , towels , ocean toys , laundry etc . Fabulous owners to rent from .

Excellent Condominium

This is our third time staying at this condo on the beach. Scott and Laurie take excellent care of their property. We love sitting on the large balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are spectacular. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for the beach and pool. The kitchen has everything for cooking dinner or restaurants across the street for when we didn’t feel like preparing dinner. We have booked another stay. We will be back.

Loved It !

Beautiful condo located on 6th floor with amazing views. Very clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice and aim to please their guest. Located right on beach and within steps to pool. John's pass 1 mile south of condo. Don't hesitate - this is the place to stay. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Beach Paradise

Our stay at La Playa Loca exceeded our expectations. Scott and Laurie were perfect hosts and thought of everything. Anything you could possibly need was in the condo. The location near restaurants and stores is ideal. All the beach equipment and even a cart made beach time a breeze. The large deck was a perfect place to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and dolphin sightings.

Well maintained and clean condo that was well equipped with beach equipment, beach towels and a nicely appointed, modern kitchen. We have stored at several other units in this building and this was definitely the nicest. Excellent communication with the owner who seemed genuinely interested in our well being. I plan to return.

My Favorite Place

Madiera Beach is our favorite place to visit every summer. We have stayed a few places but this condo is the best we have found and we have stayed here for 3 years in a row. From the friendliness of the owners to all the extra beach toys they provide, the experience is wonderful. I almost hate to write this review because I don't want to have competition in booking this condo in the future. We will absolutely be booking this condo for years to come.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo and terrific hosts. Had a wonderful experience. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Feels like a home away from home! Building has also incorporated COVID social distancing safeguards regarding elevator use, which was comforting. Condo, beach and pool areas were all very clean.

Amazing stay.

Call it luck or a blessing but we booked this condo last minute after others cancelled. What an amazing location, area, and condo. Scott and Laurie do not disappoint with this one of a kind stay. They are so hospitable and welcoming. The condo has absolutely any and everything you would need. We were even greeted with chocolate covered strawberries! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area to stay here. Book well in advance! This place goes quick!

Our Happy Place

Our second stay at La Playa Loca was truly a delight. The condo is clean, comfortable and very well stocked. It provides everything you may need during your stay. We enjoyed our days relaxing at the beach/pool and evenings watching amazing sunsets from the balcony. There are many good restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. Perfect 50th Anniversary

We loved our two weeks at La Playa Loca. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the huge balcony every day drinking coffee and watching the pelicans and porpoise. Another great beach experience

We've just come off our third consecutive stay at La Playa Loca. This place never disappoints! It's beautiful, always kept up-to-date, and amazingly well-stocked with things one doesn't usually expect to find in a rental. But what makes La Playa Loca really special (aside from the beautiful location) are the hosts, Scott and Laurie. Extremely gracious and hospitable, they always go the extra mile to assure guests the best possible beach experience. Without reservation, We can give La Playa Loca out wholehearted recommendation.

Making memories

Scott and Laurie go above and beyond. I have been staying at ocean sands on and off for 35 years. Made some of the best memories this time around. I’ve never had owners be so accommodating and thoughtful. What stands out is the owners the pride they take in making your stay comfortable. Great sunsets and great weather made it all in all a great stay. Great places with in walking distance to eat or drink. Live music on many nights. Laurie and Scott Gough är värd

We love the mountains in our home state of Colorado, but we also feel right at home on the Florida beaches!

We have lived in Colorado since the late 90's and enjoy all that our beautiful state has to offer. Scott retired from the Air Force and Laurie is a retired librarian who was raised in Tampa. We have two adult daughters, our "Colorado girls," who also love spending time on the beach.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Having grown up in Tampa, Laurie spent a lot of time with her family on local beaches. She even remembers walking along Madeira Beach as a child. Buying this condo brought our family back to our Florida roots.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

When Laurie first walked in, she looked through the living area, directly onto the ocean. Also, she really liked the easy access to the 30 foot balcony from both the living room and the master bedroom.

Scott also liked that many conveniences are within a short walking distance from the condo. With access to a trolley, you could go days without driving a car!
