Oceanfront Sunset Visningar Promenera till stranden och shopping Luftkonditionering **

Alihi LANI. Detta lilla, 6 enhet komplex är en "riktig pärla", i enlighet med Ultimate Kauai guidebok. Poolen vid havet har nyligen renoverats under 2011. Den främre anlagda området har också två gas grillar och stor gräsmatta möbler.

Oceanfront. Vår andra våningen läge med utsikt över havet poolen och är mindre än 50 kilometer från den bultande surfa. Titta havliv och spektakulära solnedgångar från 184 kvadratfot täckt Lanai. Året runt kommer du att se sköldpaddor och delfiner - och under whale säsongen showen är rakt framför dig.

PLATS. Sheraton Stranden ligger mindre än 5 minuters promenad. Där kan du njuta av snorkling, strand simning, surflektioner, och sola. Restauranger, mat och shopping är också inom gångavstånd.

Planlösning. Vårt hem har två riktiga master sviter, båda med badrum nås direkt från sovrummet. Rummen är luftkonditionerade. Installationen är perfekt för två par eller en familj på upp till 6. Lanai, kök, matsal, vardagsrum och ett sovrum alla har en spektakulär utsikt över havet.

Nyskapad. De flesta inredning och ytskikt ersätts och kök ombyggt hösten 2012. Badkar, klinkergolv i hela livsrum, och nya vardagsrum möbler läggas under våren 2014.

Bekvämligheter. Vårt hem är utrustad med allt du kan tänkas behöva för att njuta av din semester. Det är lyxigt inredda med hög kvalitet sängkläder och handdukar. Kauai gjorda tvålar, schampo och lotion tillhandahålls. Vi levererar även boogie styrelser, solstolar och parasoll, och en kylare för dina utflykter. För kvällar i, har vi HDTV, spel, böcker, DVD-skivor, och kikare för whale / sköldpadda tittar på. Köket är välfyllda för att förbereda någon typ av måltid.

Alihi Lani är nu en "rökning förbjuden" egendom både inuti enheten och i de gemensamma utrymmena.

All Around Excellent Stay

The VRBO was very clean and had everything we could expect a 10 on a scale of 1-10.The location was excellent and seeing turtles in the morning was a bonus. The view of the pool and thenocean was perfect. We ltook advantage of the grills by the pool ti make steaks one night. Cynthia made herself available and chatting with her was a pleasure. I would have no issues with staying in this unit again on future visits.Thank you

Best beach house

When they say best beach house they mean it. Perfect location, wonderful home right on the ocean. They thought of everything. Condo is supplied with all you need to have a great time. Only property on the street with a pool and only six units are huge benefits also.

Great place

GREAT 2nd-floor, great view. Everything was a great couple of things. I texted them that the coffee maker needed help replaced within two hours, and the TV bracket required help. They were there on the spot. The pool was nice, it was a great place to walk every day, and it was very quiet on the south end of the island, which is the only place to say weather-wise, there was no rain before November, not bad after November, everything was 20 minutes away close to the airport just the best I give the place a 10 + Thank you. Beautiful views and condo

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The unit and grounds are very clean and updated. The unit also had everything we needed as far as beach chairs, coolers etc.. Couldn’t have asked for a better view from the lanai. Cynthia is very responsive and wants to make sure your stay is perfect! We will definitely stay here again.on our next trip!

Excellent condo in great location

This unit came as advertised and reviewed by others. Super clean and easy check in. Easy walk to beach at Sheraton and Shops at Kukui'ula. Loved the private pool for the complex, There are only 6 units and all were full, but it still felt like it you were the only residents. This is one spot that the actual matches the high reviews on-line!

I’m keeping this my secret

Awesome location! Great town with so much to see and do within minutes of this place. Fully furnished with everything you would need for your stay away from home. Quiet location! Saw sunrise, sunset, dolphins, whales, turtles, seals, birds all from the comfort of the balcony. Enjoyed going to sleep and waking to the sound of the waves.

Fantastic oceanfront condo!

We stayed at Alihi Lani 5 with another couple for 5 days. This beautiful oceanfront condo had a wonderful ocean view and location. We took many morning walks along the water and it was very convenient to everything. We all enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee, evening dinners, and sunsets. The condo was extremely well appointed with anything you would need. It was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of room to spare. We would definitely recommend and return to this fantastic condo!

Perfect!

We had the best stay at this property and can't wait to stay again! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Sitting on the lanai was our favorite activity. We could see turtles from there and we just loved watching the water and the spectacular sunsets. The location was great. We enjoyed walking down to the beach at the Sheraton. We thought it was a great location to access everything we wanted to see on the island.

Heavonly views and comfortable living

Amazing Property

This was our first visit to Kauai and everything was perfect! Communication with the owner was fantastic from the start - thorough and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults. The view from the lanai took our breath away! We loved sitting out on the lanai listening to the waves crash on the rocks & searching for swimming sea turtles. The condo was immaculate and so well stocked. Cynthia has thought of everything and is so organized. I wish my own home was this well equipped. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Kauai was at our fingertips. The pool was lovely. We really enjoyed being in such a small complex. It really felt like home - quiet and private. The location was perfect. Close to beaches as well as shopping and restaurants. We look forward to the next time. Mahalo!

Paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay. The minute we walked in we were wowed by the view, but also just how nicely put together the place was. The kitchen was beautiful, and every tool you might need was there. The place was bright with perfect beachy decor. No need at all for air conditioning with all the ceilings fans and thoughtfully placed floor fan too! The bed and pillows were brilliant, we had great sleeps with the ocean waves right outside the window. Cynthia is so well organized. We really appreciated how easy to find any info we needed in the guide book she has put together. Also it was so great having the closet full of beach chairs and cooler bags and boogie boards! If we are ever lucky enough to come back we would not hesitate to stay here! Also watching the turtles brought us so much happiness!!! Thank you for having us! :)

Again a great stay

This is the second time we have stayed. It is a great location. Has great views and close to many restaurants. We walked 5 miles everyday just around the condo. Walked to the blow hole, Walked to stores, walked to restaurants. Even though rented a car we didn’t need to use it much. The condo is well stocked and has surf boards, rafts etc. will stay here again.
