Immaculate, fully renovated, beachfront townhome redesigned by Blane Steinman architects with expansive panoramic ocean views by the southern entry to the Sea Isle City Promenade. This gorgeous five bedroom, four bathroom, three story townhome with three decks and a brand new elevator is now available for the upcoming 2025 rental season!

Stepping inside the home, the interior design work and amenities are nothing short of extraordinary. The first bedroom in the entry of the home has a stand alone twin bed, mid sized refrigerator, and a twin over twin bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. Kennedy Blvd and soak up the nightlife at the Dead Dog Saloon, Ocean Drive Bar & Restaurant, KIX, or the new Pointe at Sea Isle City. Drivers can alleviate any parking concerns with onsite driveway parking available for up to five vehicles. A spacious stone side yard provides the perfect space for enjoying outdoor activities with the family like cornhole and grilling summer meals. Reserving your spot in the sand or strolling the coast couldn’t be easier with Beach access provided immediately out front of the home on 58th Street, and southern access to the Sea Isle City Promenade around the corner on 57th Street.

An optional amenities package is available for $150 through Beach Home Services for your convenience. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing supplies. Items will be individually wrapped inside grey plastic storage totes and orange dry-cleaning bags and located near the unit’s entry upon your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Blankets and Pillows for Sleeping (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows, Bedspreads / Comforters are provided.
