Denna nyligen renoverade enhet har ett nytt kök, komplett med körsbärsskåp, nya apparater och bänkskivor i granit; två nya badrum; nya möbler; och två LED-skärmar - 42 "i vardagsrummet och 24" i master-sviten.

Köket har alla grytor, kastruller och rätter du behöver för att servera en stor grupp, och det finns ett rymligt skafferi för dig att lagra dina varor. Köket är öppet mot vardagsrummet, åtskilt med en fyra-sits bar och ett bord med åtta platser bekvämt.

Vardagsrummet är mycket bekvämt med gott om sittplatser för din grupp. Det finns spel, pussel och böcker du kan använda tillsammans med en mängd DVD-skivor och VHS-band. Njut av iTunes-musikspelaren och vår vedspis - vi levererar veden. Utsikten från balkongen är otrolig och kan avnjutas från vardagsrummet, köket och två av sovrummen. Se direkt upp i dalen Washington Gulch och Mt. Crested Butte bas område. På soliga dagar, vill du sitta på balkongen och njuta av kaffe eller cocktails efter skidor.

Lägenheten sover bekvämt åtta personer med en kung i befälhavaren (med eget badrum), en kung i det andra sovrummet, och drottning och våningssäng i det tredje sovrummet. Båda badrummen har en dusch / bad combo med massor av mot rymden och lådor. Denna inst��llning är idealisk för en stor familj eller två par och flera barn.

Paradisbyggnadens ingång ligger på tredje våningen. Det finns en trappa ner för att komma till P-203.

Din lägenhet är nära den västra väggen hissen. En kort promenad till slutet av parkeringen, åka skidor och du är på backarna!

Anläggningen är säker på att slutföra din upplevelse. Som kontoret på plats och personal gör det enkelt att checka in / ut och svara på eventuella frågor som uppstår under din vistelse. Hushållstjänster tillhandahålls för alla vistelser som är 4 eller flera nätter. San Moritz har en egen privat pendeltrafik som är gratis vid din vistelse. Bussen går dagligen under skidsäsongen från kl. 8.00. m. tills midnatt. Under sommaren kör skytteln på helgerna från kl. m. tills midnatt. De ska även plocka upp och släppa precis utanför din lägenhet! Under vintern kan du också njuta av ett dopp i inomhus barrel. Bastun är öppen året runt. F��r extra bekvämlighet har varje byggnad 2 tvättmaskiner och torktumlare för gästerna. Allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse!

Incredible location. Great property.

We love staying on this side of the mountain. Property is a bit old but very clean and updated. Family of 5 was there with beds to spare. We will try to book this unit again next year. Property management is great.

Nice condo with great mountain access

We had a great experience! The condo was very well stocked, cozy and comfortable, and could hardly have had better mountain access - 2 minute walk to skiing. Plenty of parking, hot tub was great, the shuttle service was very handy, and management was very kind and responsive. I recommend it!

Great unit that fit us just perfectly. Location is great but parking by the condo is tough. Not easy to drive to it in the snow and not enough spaces for all the vehicles. But we would stay there again.

Great Ski in Ski Out

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a great location for ski in ski out. Easy check in, responsive manager. Only thing I wish it had was a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a community one on the first floor.

Great location and services

Even easier to ski back in the afternoon. There is a complimentary shuttle that will pick you up at you condo and bring you down to the resort, or downtown CB. (and back)

Spring Break Family of 5 ski trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome condo - great amenities, very well furnished, the place is in great shape, extremely clean, 10 out of 10 for the condo unit. I will definitely rent again. The only critique is for the San Moritz management regarding parking lot clearing...The week we were there temps were in the high teens - low 30s and no snow. Unfortunately the parking lot was a mess to actually pull into a space. The drives up to the lots were fine/cleared, but the parking lot spaces were atrocious. Definitely need better care in keeping lot cleared of melting/refreezing snow. The lot was finally cleared the second to last day of our stay which was appreciated.

Christmas Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed about 4 days the week of Christmas. 6 Adults and 1 child. The facility fit us perfect! My concern was in finding the kitchenware adequate for fixing Christmas dinner. Plenty of dishware and utensils were found. What was not found would be things such as plastic wrap or foil, napkins, storage bags, and trash bags. Family was a bit frustrated with the limited supply and quality of soap and bathroom/kitchen paper supply. Trash pick up the following Monday morning took place earlier than 10:00 promised and the dumpster at the end of the condo block that we took our own trash to was full to the brim and over flowing.Those of us that skied learned that you are able to get on to the nearby ski area only if you have your own equipment and ski pass, otherwise you will be driving over to the base to get set up. Those of us that did not ski were disappointed the advertised dog sledding and horse carriage rides that did not exist in CB. This is not a condo error.People should be provided a map for the complexes before they arrive rather than in their key packet. A family member was lost trying to find the condo rented. Also, people should know that there may be a walk from their parking spot to the front door and a walk down a flight of stairs as there is no elevator. The property management contacted ahead and had everything prepare for our arrival. I would stay here again.

Wonderful property and property managers

We enjoyed this condo very much. We were looking for ski in/ski out and chose this condo for that reason. The ski in is a little more difficult for amateur skiers, but it can be done with a little extra work! The condo was very nice and very well stocked with everything we would need. The property management was very helpful with a lot of communication through the entire process. We did have an issue with our rental car because it was not a 4 wheel drive. We got stuck trying to get up to the office. But, the office staff did everything possible to get us out. Jennifer even gave me the shovel out of her car. She was able to get one of their employees to pull us enough to get out of the situation. Everything about our stay was great! They provide firewood for the fireplace and you are able to reserve a time in the hot tub. We enjoyed everything about our stay in the condo.

Excellent condo with the necessities, amenities, ski in and ski out!

Owner has done very nice work inside and is very well supplied for cooking, games, sleeping, etc. We own a Tahoe second home and it was nice to stay at someone's property who cares -- thank you!

Lovely Accommodations

This unit provided plenty of space, seating and sleeping accommodations for 5 adults and 1 child. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils that made cooking in a pleasure! The only downside was that ski in was not quite as easy as ski out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
