Varför bo pÄ ett hotell nÀr du kan boka denna underbara villa? BelÀget i det prestigefyllda samhÀllet Calabay Parc, har vÄrt hem en privat pool, ett spelrum och 4 sovrum. Vi kommer varje Är och behÄller det bÀsta vi kan, tillsammans med vÄrt förvaltningsbolag. Vi köpte nyligen en ny utemöbler med helt nya kuddar, en ny soffgrupp för vardagsrummet ... Om du hyr vÄrt hem kommer du att kÀnna dig som hemma. Det ligger nÀra Disney, alla golfbanor (Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes ...), till alla stora restauranger (Applebees, Dennys, Millers, Longhorn, Red Robbin, Chillis ...) och stormarknader (Publix: 5 min , MÄl: 7 min, Walmart: 12 min).

My husband and I have just returned home from an amazing stay in this beautiful, clean, well equipped villa with a wonderful south facing pool. Booking and check in was easy following instructions emailed to us by the host. To our surprise and delight on arrival, some rooms have been recently decorated and modernised in the villa so it now looks a bit different than the pictures. Very family friendly with two children themed bedrooms, two huge double bedrooms with en-suites, a games room and a safety fence around the pool. The neighbourhood is very quiet, so perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the parks or exploring Orlando. However a car is a must as all the main attractions are 20 plus miles away. We have stayed in the area numerous times but there has been a few changes since our last visit in 2019. There’s now a Publix, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Slims Chicken and 7-Eleven nearby. Very convenient when heading out in the morning or making a stop on the way back after a long day. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back to our happy place.

Amazing property in a quiet area. Some fast food places near by and a supermarket. Beds where comfy enough. Sheets need to be cotton as they nylon ish and very hot to sleep in. The bathroom showers feels like your being jet washed at the car wash its so powerful it hurts. Baths were amazing.We did have 2 gekkos running around the propery but we had no idea how they got in and we couldnt catch them. Overall it was a great holiday and we will miss the villa

The house was wonderful, but there is a little problem with the king mattresses. They could probably use new mattresses in both masters other than that it was a great place to stay and we are going to book it again for next year. The pool could use a little attention regarding making sure the filter is cleaned. We learned this from the pool staff when the pool became cooler and they cleaned it and then it was wonderful again still a wonderful place and are going to come back again.

Family trip

House was great! Location was farther than we expected due to traffic. Neighborhood was quiet. Downfall was that the home did not provide travel size shampoos, conditioners or more than1 toilet paper roll. We knew this going into our trip, but did have to stop and buy products which we then had to leave because we couldn’t take back. House also did not supply basics like salt and pepper.

Family retreat

Great house. Well devided for families. Great pool. Great yard. Great community. Beautiful entrance. House very clean but very dusty. Ac/furnace needed filter change. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Games room nice but needs upgrades. Pool excellent. Lots of lounging area. A bit of noise from highway and construction but not overwhelming. Everything is 1hour + from house. Overall great vacation home.

Nice place

It was a nice clean home and the neighborhood seemed great. Our only issues where there was no washcloth and one towel per person. In the closet was many towels but it had a sign that said not to be used as they were for the next person. That was very confusing to us since they did not give us enough towels. We had to buy our own wash clothes.

Great Family home!

We loved our Christmas Vacation at this home. Close to Disney, easy check in, clean, AMAZING soaker tub for after a long day at the Parks. All the great stores are very close by. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of fun on the games room and super comfy beds! Love the layout.

This house felt very welcoming! My family and I didn't feel out of place! It was clean, well maintained, and very well organized! The only note I would make is that if your staying here with small children watch them with the doors, we have 3 two year olds and they loved opening and closing the doors which made for pinched fingers in the accordion style doors and close calls with the bedroom doors. The pool was amazing, the location was quite even being closer to the entrance of the community, and the beds were extremely comfortable!
