Wonderful townhouse in Dewey!

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Darin’s lovely, well-equipped townhouse. Comfortable beds, relaxing spaces indoors and out, excellent array of beach equipment—and just a few blocks to the beach! The host was very helpful and communicated often with us during our stay. His great attention to detail shows throughout. Wonderful rental!

This rental is exactly as advertised. It positions you to take full advantage of what Dewey Beach has to offer. I would rent this unit again without hesitation.

Great stay - awesome location and owner

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was an amazing time. Great house for our family of 4 and was clean and stocked for everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk right onto the main strip of restaurants, bars and the beach. Dewey Beach Brewery is two blocks away right next to the beach so it was our daily spot to hit up right after the beach. Bring bikes down because we just parked the car for the weekend and just rode bikes into Rehoboth and all over the place. The owner is super responsive and gave a ton of great tips right before the trip.

Lovely Property and Hosts

Darin was an excellent communicator and the property was spacious and very nicely appointed. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could imagine you would need; it's like being at home. Plenty of bathroom space as well, ideal when traveling with friends or family. The location is perfect and I enjoyed morning runs on the beach which was a few minutes away on foot. Parking is provided and right in front of the door! I highly recommend this property.

Thanks for the great stay!

Great rental! Parking and check in were easy, and the property was very clean at check in. It's a short walk to the beach, Jolly Trolley stop, or restaurants and shops. I appreciated how the property is stocked, especially the cleaning supplies and soap, as well as the beach wagon, umbrellas, and little cooler, even the step stool so the children could reach the sink. The first floor is very roomy and great for a group of people. The master bedroom has beautiful skylight windows, so there's lots of a natural sunlight. The other 2 queen bedrooms worked well for our group! Communication with the property owner was quick and easy. Very enjoyable stay!

Perfect Vacation

The house and amenities made our stay great!The location was convenient to restaurants and beach. And communication with the owner was flawless. Having the beach chairs, beach wagon and beach cruisers on site made it more enjoyable!

Perfect Place!

Everything about this place was as expected. Darin was easy to communicate with prior to check in and provided thorough details for everything needed during our stay. The house was perfect and in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and all of the awesome restaurants. Our group is already asking about a weekend next year to go for round 2 and will hopefully be back again!

Darin was a great host and the accommodations were in perfect condition! Darin was even nice enough to offer any help we needed throughout our stay and stayed in touch. Check-in and check-out details were very detailed, which helped make sure we took care of what was needed. An added bonus for having extra supplies available too, in the event we needed something in a pinch. Thank you, Darin!

Amazing Location, Great Communication.

Darin made the check in and check out process quick and easy. The location of this property is just a 5 min walk from the beach, popular restaurants on the main road and Dewey Beer co. Will be staying here again!

Great Place

Beautiful townhome in perfect condition (there’s even interesting art on the walls!). Comfortable furniture. Best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys included, as well as a beach cart. Even beach cruiser bikes. Location is a bit of a walk to the beach but has a lot going for it: very close to several restaurants, coffee shops and a convenience store. There is even a playground nearby that our 16-month old grandson enjoyed. The surrounding streets are quiet, with little traffic, and lend themselves to nice morning runs or after dinner walks. The beach is clean, not crowded and life-guarded during the summer days. Darin is a terrific host, responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Great Stay

Very good rental with really everything you would need for a short or long stay. The location is perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and a block or so from the Dewey restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable. Darin was a great host.

Perfect family getaway

Located in Tree Tops, the house is fabulous adjacent. You're just steps away from the heart of Dewey, but far enough away to be able to escape.

Our casually styled home includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large living room, a dining room, a well stocked kitchen, a comfortable breakfast area, and a back deck. Use the Wi-Fi to work from home and the two wall mounted large screen TVs equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video to binge watch your favorite shows. The house is stocked with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and paper towels/toilet so you don't need to worry about packing them.
A full size washer and dryer are included so you don't have to go home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes.
Paintings and photography from local artists and the owner are displayed throughout our home.
Outside, a large back deck with an outside shower, gas grill, and dining table are perfect for rinsing off and relaxing after a long day at the beach. Park your car and leave it. You're within walking distance to everything Dewey has to offer. Just a block from the bay, 2.5 blocks to the ocean and within 4 blocks to over 25 restaurants and bars. If you want to venture to Rehoboth, ride one of the two bikes provided or catch the Jolley Trolley at the end of Swedes street.
