Amazing Location, Great Communication.

Darin made the check in and check out process quick and easy. The location of this property is just a 5 min walk from the beach, popular restaurants on the main road and Dewey Beer co. Will be staying here again!

Perfect family getaway

Great Stay

Very good rental with really everything you would need for a short or long stay. The location is perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and a block or so from the Dewey restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable. Darin was a great host.

Perfect Dewey vacation

Well stocked, modern and bright home for our beach vacation. Great location close to the bay, beach and lots of places to eat. It was great that it came with Beach chairs, bikes and beach cart. Darin is a great host and answered all my questions prior to checking in.

Perfect family getaway

This property is perfect. Darin has thought of everything to make this feel like home away from home. Loved being able to walk to both the bay and the beach. We spent our nights exploring Rehoboth and Dewey . Highly recommend this property.

Clean, Family-Friendly Stay

The communication was exceptional. We were very happy with the clean space--especially the kitchen! The beach equipment has also in great condition! We found the condo complex to be quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice Dewey Beach stay

We had a wonderful vacation at Dewey Beach. The house was clean and very close and convenient to the beach and eating/shopping places. Darin did a great job keeping in contact with us and making sure all questions were answered!

Great property!

Nicely decorated, kitchen looked new, supplies provided were more than any other rental I’ve had…items such as TP, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc were all provided. Beach gear also plentiful… many chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. Would definitely stay again!

Well-appointed in great location!

Second stay was even better than the first - updated deck and outdoor shower are fabulous! Quick walk to the beach, tons of restaurants (for takeout this time around) nearby, and everything you need to whip up great meals at the townhouse. Clean, stylish, and host is super attentive. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Clean updated townhouse in a great location

Located in Tree Tops, the house is fabulous adjacent. You're just steps away from the heart of Dewey, but far enough away to be able to escape.

Our casually styled home includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large living room, a dining room, a well stocked kitchen, a comfortable breakfast area, and a back deck. Use the Wi-Fi to work from home and the two wall mounted large screen TVs equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video to binge watch your favorite shows. The house is stocked with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and paper towels/toilet so you don't need to worry about packing them.
A full size washer and dryer are included so you don't have to go home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes.
Paintings and photography from local artists and the owner are displayed throughout our home.
Outside, a large back deck with an outside shower, gas grill, and dining table are perfect for rinsing off and relaxing after a long day at the beach. Park your car and leave it. You're within walking distance to everything Dewey has to offer. Just a block from the bay, 2.5 blocks to the ocean and within 4 blocks to over 25 restaurants and bars. If you want to venture to Rehoboth, ride one of the two bikes provided or catch the Jolley Trolley at the end of Swedes street.
