THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, our kitchen features a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, and essential supplies like coffee, oil, sugar, salt. All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort.
Dining tables and chairs inside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.
THE LIVING AREA
The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying thereâs nothing to watch.
THE 3 BEDROOMS
The bedrooms are furnished with 3 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Massive Gated Yard: offers a secure space for your pets and kids to play and explore, giving you peace of mind knowing theyâre safely contained within the perimeter of the house. Plus, relax in the comfortable outdoor furniture while unwinding by the fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings and family gatherings.
PARKING
Enjoy the convenience and security of your own private driveway, providing space for 2 cars. Perfect for easy access and peace of mind.
REMOTE WORKING
Thereâs likely to be someone in a group of 10+ with work to do during your stay. If so, theyâll find a choice of desks and chairs inside and outside, plus 500Mbps wi-fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.
Guest access
Our home is a back unit with its own private entrance and gated backyard. Guests can park on the left most side of the driveway. The home is completely detached and you don't share anything with anyone else.

Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events.
Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests.
