THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, our kitchen features a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, and essential supplies like coffee, oil, sugar, salt. All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort.
Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.
THE LIVING AREA
The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console.
THE 3 BEDROOMS
The bedrooms are furnished with 3 Queen beds with cozy linens and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.
• Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, Baby crib, Smart TV, with en-suite bathroom with dual-sink vanity.
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed with dedicated workspace
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed with a smart TV
2 BATHROOMS
Fully-stocked Bathroom with everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Gated Yard and Kid playground provides a safe space for your pets and kids to play and explore. Enjoy peace of mind knowing they’re safely contained within the perimeter of the house.
PARKING
Take advantage of driveway parking, conveniently located right outside the house for two cars. The Street has a long curb, perfect for those with trucks.
LAUNDRY
In-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available.
REMOTE WORKING
There’s likely to be someone in a group of 10+ with work to do during your stay. If so, they’ll find a choice of desks and chairs inside and outside, plus 500Mbps wi-fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of this home with its own gated yard. There's a duplex to the left and the back of the house with their own entrance and yard.

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Churchward St, San Diego, CA 92114" for accurate distances.
• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.
• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.
• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we hope guests treat our home like their own.
• Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only. Do NOT smoke inside the home.
• Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events
• Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests.

• If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.
