You will have access to the garage and driveway with space for up to 5 vehicles. There are limited visitor parking spaces available if needed.

● The Whiteway (3-min walk): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

Boys trip

Had a wonderful stay at this property! The house had excellent amenities, the rooms were clean with fresh linens and santized bathrooms. I had a group of 7 people and no one felt crowded, or cramped, within the space provided to us. Highly recommend this property!
