Detta är en takvåning lägenhet i en härlig välskött 1700-talsbyggnad med hiss.
Byggnaden ligger i en charmig liten piazza, en lugn oas, mellan Pantheon och Largo Argentina. Lägenheten är ca. 110sqm. plus en 50sqm. av privat terrass, uppdelad enligt följande: Hiss till översta våningen. Tillgång är direkt över din privata terrass, rymlig, solig, restaurerad, uteservering och dörr till lägenhet. Entré / matsal: Stor ingång / matsal med två dubbla dörrar direkt ut på egen terrass.
-Kök: Nytt, särskilt utformat kök, fullt utrustat.
-Living Room: Rymlig 40sqm. vardagsrum med öppen spis, helt restaurerade antika trä och tegel tak, takfönster och mycket naturligt ljus. Alla parkettgolv, väldigt tysta.
-Bedrum: Sovrum med inbyggda garderober, takfönster, luftkonditionering och parkettgolv. Det finns en överliggande förvaringsfack i hallen, samt inbyggda garderober.
-Master Bath: Nyrenoverat travertin marmorbart med badkar och dusch. -Gäst sovrum: Sovrum med dubbelsäng, air conditionng, hela väggen av inbyggda garderober och eget badrum. -2: a Bad: Nyrenoverat modernt badrum med dusch.
-Terrace: Härlig terrass, stor nog för uteservering, lounge och för närvarande utrustad med bord för sex under en skuggad pergola och massor av växter. Mycket privat, soligt och tyst.
Detta är en mycket unik möjlighet att bo i en lugn takvåning nära Pantheon med öppen spis, luftkonditionering, nyligen ombyggda bad, nytt kök, parkettgolv, stor privat terrass i en vacker byggnad med hiss.

Awesome place

We loved our stay. Property was located in the heart of Rome and was easy to move around. The owners were great and offered good advice and were very helpful. We highly recommend that you use their car service too and from the airport. It was a great trip and would stay again if we return to rome

Perfect apartment in Rome historic district

Ideal for a family of four. Apartment has some quirks, but absolutely to be expected given the age of the building. Property manager was fantastic and made the check-in experience very easy, including by booking us a private transfer from the airport.

The only place to stay in Rome

Amazing apartment at the center of Rome. Great location right in the center of the city. Great restaurants in all directions, short walks from the front door. 2 min walk to the Pantheon with views of the Pantheon dome from the terrace. Clean, spacious, A/c and heat, full kitchen and hi speed internet. We stayed here with are 2 kiddos and every morning we went down to the Cafe at the corner of the building and enjoyed coffee and baked goods. Communication with the property owners was fantastic and they arranged car service for us to and from the airport. A first pick for us when we return for our next trip.

Perfect Central Location

This is a great location to stay. Property was clean and communication with the management team was perfect. Very friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. There is an elevator which is helpful, the various keys and locks are tricky but eventually you figure it out.

Love the place, love the neighborhood

I can't say enough good things about our experience in Roma and it starts with this place. Our on-site host was fantastic and gave us very thorough walk through. The place is beautiful. My wife and two kids loved the roominess. The kitchen was perfect. The location is near some fantastic restaurants within 30 seconds walking distance. And then great location to walk to some central attractions. We plan on coming back to Rome again and we will stay here if its available.

Perfect location and beautiful spacious apartment

We loved this apartment! The location is really central and Piazza Pigna is a quiet, beautiful little spot. It is really spacious for a European apartment and most importantly for the week we were there, when it was 100+ degrees in Roma, the air conditioning works really well. I wish we had been able to spend more time on the beautiful patio, but it was hot! Check in process was really easy and welcoming. Explained all of the keys and locks very well, so it wasn’t a problem. Would love to return!

Perfection in Piazza della Pigna

We stayed in December over Christmas. The location is great- a few blocks from the Pantheon. Tons of restaurants close by (one in the Piazza). The apartment was sunny and has a lovely terrace. The host arranged car service for us from the airport and the property manager was there to greet us when we arrived. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful Apt, great location

This apartment is beautiful and in an excellent location! The Pantheon is just steps away, and Trevi Fountain and other Rome attractions are within easy walking distance. We loved having the cafe right down stairs. The apartment was well appointed, and very secure. Our family loved it and would love to return.

Beautiful apartment perfect location

The apartment is clean, bright, very comfortable. It is also quite spacious for an old city like Rome. It is a very short walk to the pantheon and many other key areas are also walkable. Just outside you will find several restaurants, an enoteca, a bar (cafe), etc. There is a good grocery store you can walk to in 2-3 min. Its exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were terrific and extremely responsive to questions about the apartment and the surrounding area.

Great experience

We really enjoyed the apartment. Spacious and comfortable and the location is perfect. The host was as professional and prompt as I have ever seen. We made a request to have a slow drain repaired and we had a maintenance worker at the apartment in 10 minutes. One warning, its an attic apartment so if you are over 6’0 tall, be careful of some of the low ceiling spots! The only suggestion we would make for an improvement is the keys to get inside. It takes 4 separate keys and they all have varying degrees of difficulty. Overall we loved it and would come back.

Great location

It’s a perfect location for sightseeing and very quiet. There are a few items about the property which we found to be a problem because we stayed for over two weeks and there was some variable weather. The living room is very roomy and comfortable though their are a couple of holes in the slipcovers on the couches. The ceilings slope way down so my husband skinned his head a couple of times while reaching into the clothes closet. The ad says two showers but it’s actually one very small shower and a bathtub with a handheld nozzle. The biggest problem for us was the terrace. There is a homemade covered area which has a tarp stretched over part of it. Because it is only attached at the corners it wasn’t taut so when it rained, gallons of water were trapped in the tarp. We ended up untying the corners several times to drain rainwater and then tying it back up. It wouldn’t be a problem at all if it didn’t rain; it just looks unattractive. If staying for a shorter time, it would be fine. The staff is very nice, organized and competent. They responded right away if we had a problem. It is a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds, and there is a taxi stand, grocer, produce shop, enoteca, coffee shop and restaurant…all within one block. Overall, I give it a thumbs up.
