Charming Black Butte Ranch Retreat â Walk to Pool & Trails, Cozy Vintage Vibes
Located in Black Butte Ranch bordering the Deschutes National Forest, this A-frame cabin brings all the amenities you need for your family stay at the Ranch.
The main level features a large bedroom with two Queen beds, a bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks.
Upstairs you'll find: Bedroom with both a Queen and Full beds and a second bathroom with shower. The large loft features vaulted ceilings, 5 Twin beds and a foosball table - perfect for a group of friends.
Vaulted ceilings throughout with a wall of windows offer abundant natural light and views of the forest trees. Beautiful pine walls and ceilings with a lava rock fireplace for warmth and coziness. In the summer, you'll enjoy air conditioned comfort.
Walk out the back door and explore the peaceful forest - there are mountain bike trails accessible right from the house. Or hop on the nearby bike trails and experience all that Black Butte Ranch has to offer! Enjoy 2 championship golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts. 6 pools (1 indoor), hot tubs, workout rooms, spa, paddleboarding, kayaking plus multiple restaurants.
This house is an easy 10 minute walk to the Paulina pool and spring creek; which is only accessible via the trails (no car parking). Glaze Meadow Rec Center is just a 7 minute bike ride away.
This well-appointed home located in a quiet, forest-backed cul-de-sac is the perfect base camp for your Black Butte adventure.
*The "Host Fee" is inclusive of a per stay cleaning fee and a daily resort fee, paid to Black Butte Ranch. You are no longer required to pay the $9 per person, per day resort access charge at the time of check in.
Please Note:
*There is a $250 per stay pet fee. If you are bringing a dog, you must indicate it on your reservation, and the pet fee will be included in your booking. We allow one dog, up to 50 lbs.
*There is no camping allowed on the property. This includes campers, vans or other vehicles.
*There is one external security camera that points toward the driveway. There are no other cameras in the home or around the property.

Our blended family of 6 has been coming to BBR for the past 10 years - swimming, golfing, biking, building forts in the forest and completing the "5 pool challenge." We are thrilled to invite you to stay at our home, and make magical memories of your own.
