With 2 luxury styled bedrooms (Primary BR has a luxurious King bed; and the second BR has a Queen-sized bed), three levels and 3 full bathrooms with showers, this mountain retreat offers an extra den with an additional futon for more guests. This home is comfortable year-round with central AIR CONDITIONING and heat; beautiful stone fireplace, WiFi and all the amenities we could think of to provide for your comfort and convenience - from new appliances, washer/dryer, to hair dryer; dishwasher and both Keurig and drip coffee pots. This lovely property is managed by Sally Mass, Real Estate Broker and owner of MSM Properties in Franklin, NC. My husband Jerry and I work together as a team to answer all your questions and meet your every need prior to arrival and while you are with us. We moved to the exquisite Smoky Mountains in 1997 from Southern Florida and, originally from the Northeast, we are now considered "half-backs" Ever since our honeymoon in these glorious mountains we have loved this area we now call home. While we manage a number of properties throughout the Franklin area, each is unique. We believe you'll love Locust Flats as much as we do!

Lots of space and privacy where you feel as if you "own the mountain." Big level yard for kids, a rarity in the mountains. Home is super clean, comfortable, well decorated with nice furniture and makes for a perfect vacation spot.
