Detta är en strandfront med privat port till stranden. Pool framför byggnaden. Det finns två parkeringsplatser. Du kan välja att parkera under jord eller ovan.

Matsalen och vardagsrummet vetter mot havet och en 30 fot balkong utrustad med sittplatser. Vardagsrummet har en marinblå lata soffa för pojke, en soffa i vitt skinn och en 50-tums platt-TV. Matsalen har ett glasbord med 4 stolar och ytterligare (2) barstolar (2 fällbara stolar i garderoben). Köket är fullt utrustat med NYA apparater och inkluderar tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek.

Det finns två sovrum: sovrummet har en king size-säng, klädkammare, platt-TV och direkt utsikt över havet. Det stora badrummet har en duschkabin och sängkläder tillhandahålls. Gäst sovrummet har två enkelsängar med ett badrum bredvid den, tillsammans med platt-tv.

Excellent Location, Excellent Host

We enjoyed our four night visit. The location to the beach was awesome. We love that we didn’t have to pack up a car just to visit the beach; it was literally a two minute walk. While the kitchen and bathrooms are updated, the condo itself is older than we were expecting. Overall, the condo was clean. We had a small issue on the first day, but Marisa was incredibly quick to respond and focused on us enjoying our stay. Proximity to the beach and the host are a 10/10.

Wonderful beach stay for a family

Wonderful stay

The condo is beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed! The view from the living room and primary bedroom was great. Plenty of space for a family. Walking to the beach took a few minutes from the condo - very convenient. You can rent beach chairs/umbrellas if needed but we used what was provided from Marisa. Plenty of equipment. Location was great. We walked to some restaurants and other places was only a few minutes drive. I was able to communicate with Marisa easily. I would definitely stay here again.

Holiday Vacation

This condo is so beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. Even shampoo/conditioner/body wash was included which hasn’t been the case in many other condos my family has stayed in. We Loved having access to beach chairs and other beach equipment. We walked to several restaurants, a beach shop, and an ice cream shop. Very nice! The only negative we noticed was the elevator to the parking garage smelled pretty bad. But often we could use the stairs instead so it wasn’t a big issue, and it would not prevent us from staying again. Marisa was very kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved this condo!

Great Location and Comfortable

This was a perfect location for walking to restaurants and getting to the beach quickly. The beds were super comfy and there was more than enough room for our family of 4. The owner was super responsive and we had a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo. Beautiful ocean sounds.

The condo was clean and extremely well stocked. Everything you need is there. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or around the corner for food. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot!

Perfect Beach location

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo itself is very updated and clean. And the view of the ocean is fantastic. Being next door to beach bars/restaurants was also very convenient. Many other restaurants and coffee nearby. Having beach chairs and other things for the beach was also very appreciated. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Good location

I was disappointed that we were told to run dishwasher, dry them and put them away. We always start dishwasher before leaving but to dry and put away, take out all trash, start a load of laundry and be out by 10:00 am plus pay cleaning fee is a bit much. I don’t mind the other things but unload and put away is over the top. Other than that it was a nice condo.

Lovely Ocean Front Condo

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. Updated, very clean, kitchen and bath had everything you needed. The beds are super comfortable. The patio is very spacious overlooking the ocean. Marissa was very accommodating and communicated very well. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Wonderful

This place was very clean, and direct beach front access through a private gate. along with lifeguards present. It was close to everything. Nicely furnished and equipped for our family. We all loved it and want to come back next time.

Location!

This place has the location all wrapped up. From the deck, you look directly into the Atlantic Ocean! You can take a few short steps out and be on the beach. Play in the surf and watch the ships sail by my. Very comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Located right in the middle of everything you need!

Fabulous Vacation Spot

We traveled to Cocoa beach for the holidays and after staying there I'd love to live there. Especially in this condo. It was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Marisa was so easy to get in contact with when needed, which wasn't often since everything was ready to go when we got there. I would highly recommend this place.

We live in NJ, which is where I grew up and so did our two children, who recently moved to NYC. My husband is a native Floridian. We vacationed yearly in Florida when our kids were small to enjoy the warm weather and spend time with their grandparents We still go to Florida as often as we can. It's our second home.

This is our second condo on the Space Coast and we absolutely love this area. We've vacationed in Cocoa Beach for many years. Our kids have grown up with many great memories of visiting their grandparents in the area.
