The home was an excellent experience. The pool, Hot tub and theater experience made the place quite memorable. White rose villas handled everything very well, extremely responsive and accommodating. One issue came up at the home and the had it fixed within 24 hours. Completely unexpected and thoroughly appreciated.

Relaxing Getaway – Clean, Spacious & Perfectly Located

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The sunny pool deck was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Florida's warm weather. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The location is fantastic — just a short drive to Disney, and close to Publix, Target, and Posner Park for shopping. There are also great nearby restaurants like Miller's Ale House, Olive Garden, and Red Robin. We'd definitely stay again!

GREAT HOUSE! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the overall layout made it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. One of the highlights was the movie room — super comfortable seating, a big screen, and amazing sound! It felt like having a private theater right at home. Perfect Family Villa with Thoughtful Extras

This house was exactly what was needed for our vacation. The kids each had their own space and the second master suite was great for our guests. The kitchen cabinets have been recently updated and the new color really brightens up the whole area. I really appreciated the few little things that made the stay a little easier - laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra beach towels, and while it wasnt something we needed personally, the highchair, pack-n-play, and stroller that are on site is very thoughtful for those with littles. I will definitely be staying here again for our next Florida vacation.

Loved the Movie Room and Pool

My family and I had a great time. It had everything we needed and more! The movie room was such a special experience. We watched shows and movies as a family, and it felt like we were in the theaters. We were in the pool for the majority of the stay, which was clean, spacious, and a great area for eating, tanning, and lounging. The house had everything we needed and was clean. So close to restaurants and the Disney Parks. We really enjoyed our experience, and we would book again!

We absolutely loved this home! It was such a treat to stay somewhere with a hot tub — perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine! The movie room was out of this world and gave us such fun family nights in. The kids especially loved the beach-themed bedroom, which made their stay extra special. Absolutely Brilliant—A Dreamy, Themed Escape near Disney

We had the best stay! The villa was amazing – the movie room with twinkling star lights and popcorn maker was such a fun touch, and the kids loved the surf-themed bedroom. The pool and hot tub were perfect after busy days, and the beds were really comfortable. The main bedroom was massive and had the biggest bathroom we've ever seen – pure luxury! The location was spot on too – about 20 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal, with Publix and Walmart close by. Lots of great places to eat nearby as well, like Ovation Bistro & Bar and Sundays Grill. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday home – we'd definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Family vacation, 8 of us stayed at the home. Pool was great. GREAT location, easy to find. Walked the neighborhood, private and peaceful. I loved it. The place was very clean, we had some minor issues, the host responded promptly and went over and above to make sure all was good with us. Dropped off a nice stack of snacks, which was thoughtful. Bedrooms were comfortable and private. Loved the theatre, had mario kart parties. Kitchen essentials were just enough. Walmart not too far away, around 5 or 6 miles. Close to the main road. Thanks for such a great stay! Our flight got in early so they let us check in early, which was very appreciated.

5-Star Stay Near Disney

We just returned from an amazing stay at this villa, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The location is fantastic—close enough to all the Disney parks for convenience, but in a quiet neighborhood that let us truly relax after busy days. The movie room was a standout feature. It felt like having our own private theater, complete with comfy seating and great sound. It was perfect for evening wind-down time, especially with kids. The private pool and hot tub were another highlight. The pool was sparkling clean, and the hot tub was a great way to relax after walking around the parks all day. There was plenty of outdoor space to lounge, and we loved spending time out there. Inside, the house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was more than enough room for our whole group to spread out. The location made park days easy, with all the Disney parks just a short drive away. Plus, there were grocery stores, restaurants, and shops close by, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Overall, this home made our vacation extra special, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Relaxing

My husband and I felt as we needed a little time away from work, our town and some medical issues we had gone through. Short notice for Lisa, only 2 weeks and what accommodations she made for this to happen for us! She went above and beyond.. the house is as described, lovely and relaxing home! The pool area is absolutely perfect! The theater room is fantastic as well! Pool table is great inside home. Great designing of this home! Had a few minor (T.V. ) problem however they were there to fix the problem. No worries there are plenty more TV's to watch!Hands down 5 stars! All was great, we'd book again!!! Thanks to Lisa and all staff thatfor us.

Anchors Away Review

Overall, our stay at the property was great. The description of the property was accurate and it met or exceeded our expectations. Customer service was very helpful tried their best to resolve all our issues. The temperatures during our stay were historically low, which created some issues that they had never encountered. The only suggestion that I would make is for all the TVs to have Roku devices installed and updated with the same applications and features. The Media room would benefit from installing a Roku Stream bar with a Stereo Soundbar.

Universal Trip

Such a shame

The villa had everything we needed, could not fault it for that. But it was such a shame everything was so old and worn and marked. My first impressions my heart dropped, I felt gutted as I chose the villa for my family and felt I had let them down. I took photos of everything as I didn’t want to be blamed for things not being right. Lots of items look like they would fall to pieces. The bed we had in our bedroom was ready for the junk yard. I took photos underneath the bed as the mattress is almost touching the floor on both sides of the bed underneath, while on top there is a hill in the middle. Everything seems to be worn out. Settees pulled everwhere, drains stinking, marks everywhere on the walls. Sunbeds sinking in. No tea towels, no cooking trays for oven use. We’ve stayed in villas 7 times now and none have been shabby before. The photos on the site are different to what you get. The stools are different to the ones shown on the photos and these are worn through so that tells me the photos are years old if the new ones are worn out. The swimming pool has a huge chunk on the bottom missing so you cut your feet. They have a Matt to cover this but it floats away. Paid for pool heat but we was dithering and asked to turn it up but I don’t think it was on for the first week. The blind in our shower room had a pole missing to close it so anyone out side near the pool could see us when we used our the shower or toilet. The owners need to revamp for sure as it could be so much better. I feel sorry for giving such negativity but I think these things need addressing for the next guests

Nice vacation home but room for improvement

My family and I have been renting properties in the Davenport area of FL for about 10 years. Although this was not the worst place we've stayed, it's not the best either. This house has everything you need to make for a pleasant vacation. It's stocked with dishes and silverware but could use a little bit more in terms of baking pans and such. The dishwasher leaked when it was washing dishes. A repair man was sent but it didn't fix the problem. Since the leak wasn't awful, we just put a towel under it while it ran. No biggy. The pool was supposed to be heated when we arrived but wasn't. I called 4 times before someone came out and checked. I was just continually told that it "was turned on on Friday". Well by Tuesday, it still wasn't heated. We went 4 days of our vacation with a freezing pool that no one could use. Finally, on Tuesday afternoon the manager came by and turned it on. The pool was perfect Wednesday through Friday (we left on Saturday) the hot tub was never cleaned while we were there. The last few days we wouldn't even get into it, it looked that bad. Although the beds weren't terribly comfortable, they were fine for the week we were there. For the most part our vacation was very pleasant. Just a few things that weren't "up to par". The location is great - just be prepared for ridiculous traffic!! It was so bad that we hardly left the house! We were there during Presidents break so it's understandable but still tough to deal with. All in all, this house is great for what they charge and we had a great week away from the snow!

Excellent Stay

Lisa was such a kind host and helped to make our first rental experience a great one. Upon arriving to her home, a few low lights were left on and it gave the space such a relaxing and warm feel. The layout was perfect for us traveling with 3 kids. There were tons of towels and extra blankets which was such a huge help. We did pay for the pool heat and only had about 2 days where it seemed to not heat as well but after speaking to the property manager, they had someone come out and it become even warmer than it was our first day! The jacuzzi is also amazing...probably my favorite thing about the home a real hot tub that gets super warm with powerful jets. Little things that we ran into during our stay like missing a remote in the game room were reported to the property manager and were not a big deal to us. They quickly brought round a remote. The neighborhood is very quiet and easily accessible from the highway. We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to coming back! Thank you again Lisa for everything!

Great Home Away From Home

The house itself is in a super clean and quiet neighborhood close to Hwy 27 and easy access to many restaurants and shops and conveniences. Martha was wonderful to communicate with and even gave us a late check out. Great home and excellent service. We will surely be back

Beautiful home & Great Stay

Wow wow wow. Loved this home. This house is just as beautiful as the pictures show. My whole family had a blast. The games room and hot tub was a big hit with every member of our group. This is what vacations are about, relaxing and spending time together. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.
