Relax in historical charm and modern luxury in this lovingly restored 1932 residence overlooking iconic Chicano Park. In the heart of vibrant Barrio Logan, this bright and airy second-story suite is steps from acclaimed restaurants, breweries, art galleries, and shopping. The Convention Center, Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park, and Petco Park are all a quick ride-share away.
Whether you're here for business or leisure, we warmly welcome families and travelers of all races, faiths, and identities.
THE PENTHOUSE
This lovingly restored home is the perfect place to kick back after work or between your San Diego adventures. Contemporary fixtures, furnishings, and art harmonize beautifully with the existing period details for the best of old and new.
Living Room
Relax on one of two convertible sofas while enjoying a 70-inch smart TV or catching up on work at a spacious desk with an Aeron chair.
Kitchen
Features a small dining area, breakfast bar, and essential appliances, including a mini-fridge and convection microwave.
Bedroom
Sleep soundly on a king-sized Sleep Number bed. The room also includes a convertible loveseat and chaise lounge for added flexibility.
Bathrooms
Enjoy the convenience of a full bath and a powder room.
Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, perfect for remote work or streaming.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
While the home is not childproofed, we welcome families and can provide a Pack-n-Play, high chair, toys, and games upon request. Chicano Park, just across the street, features playgrounds, sports courts, and a skate park, making it ideal for outdoor fun.

Your safety is our priority. The home includes:
â Tamper-proof GFCI and AFCI outlets
â Interconnected smoke and CO2 detectors
â Fire extinguisher and first aid kit
â Restored, locking double-hung windows, many with tempered glass
Please note: The historic windows have low sills, and supervision is recommended for toddlers when the lower sash is open.
