This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Osage Beach. With 5 king bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms featuring both showers and bathtubs, this property offers excellent comfort and space for all guests. What's not to love about this place! One of the most unique homes on the lake comes with the best views on the lake, private outdoor pool and hot tub, excellent location and gives you access to all of the fantastic Knolls amenities (shared indoor pool/hot tub, sauna, steam room, tennis courts and more). Short drive or boat ride to Redhead Yacht Club, Margaritaville Landshark Bar, Shorty Pants and many other great spots! 25 ft Bennington Tritoon boats available to rent for $700-850/day.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, tv and balcony. Tons of room on the deck and inside for entertaining. Both levels of the home have large open living rooms and the lower level includes a private bar with three tv's and a poker table. Free Wifi, Spectrum television and smart tv's included. Both kitchens come fully stocked with plenty of dishes to entertain the whole group. 6 Parking spaces right out front as well as the Knolls parking lot just up the steps from the front door. Guests have access to the entire home as well as the association clubhouse with the indoor pool and hot tub. Private outdoor pool is open May - October 1.

You understand that swimming, navigating the property and the use of kayaks, dock, or any other lake/shoreline related activity is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with not only the water but the surrounding land and objects. You accept full responsibility of any bodily injury arising from such and hold owners and/or property managers harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person that has health risk, or if a person does such activities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility of yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owners and/or property managers for accidents or claims arising from such activities. All Vrbo Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Vrbo guests and Host/Property Manager
