Easy access, quiet area, pictures are accurate very nicely decorated. The host followed up with questions sent to him. Would stay here again. The only drawback was the rain and no grass for the dogs, we just threw them in the vehicle and familiarized ourselves with the different parks in town and they loved it

Excellent location.

Absolutely loved the location. Location was just outside of town, with easy access. Home was warm and inviting. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, organized, and the host is an excellent communicator. It is even better than it shows in the pictures, with a well appointed kitchen and fantastic shower. Would absolutely stay here again, happily.

Such a nicely appointed home! Very clean with lots of thoughtful features to make your stay comfortable. It’s definitely family friendly with the 2nd bedroom bunk beds and a fun little park at the neighborhood entrance.Great host. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an overall great place. We had little kids and they could improve on having some toys or things for the younger crowd.It was very well stocked oyn the kitchen for the most part. I would recommend dishes for little ones instead of glass or ceramic plates and had laundry room. We were very close to our family and this nade it very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

30 Year Anniversary Trip

Our host Jake was amazing. The house was perfect everything was just as it was in the pics. Check in and check out was a breeze. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Will definitely stay again if we get back that way.

Cozy place

Place was very clean, cute, and the host was easy to work with. There were a couple issues but host was extremely responsive and addressed immediately. I would highly recommend.

What a great place for our family & dog! Neighborhood is perfect distance from town and everything in the house is clean & thoughtfully available to make your stay a breeze. Made dinners with ease and full washer & drier to wash clothes after spending day at lake. The owner is friendly, super responsive and helpful as well. We will definitely be back!! Thanks again!

This house was perfect for my husband and me! The appliances (gas stove, frig, dishwasher, toaster/airfryer, washer and dryer were high-end. Shower was beautufully tiled and water pressure good and hot. Queen bed was very comfortable (tho we are accustomed to a king). New windows so we could enjoy cool mountain breezes. Even had nice fans in both bedrooms, which my hubby can't sleep without! We used 2nd bedroom as our "dressing room." Was delighted to find newly-purchased creamer and novelty sodas awaiting our arrival! Jake responded very quickly to all questions. Would definitely use again!

Great Escape from the Phoenix, AZ Summer Heat

We enjoyed our stay in this very nicely remodeled rambler nestled iamong pine trees and located in a small mountain community. Our little dog loved the break from Phoenix heat (110 degrees) as much as we did. The property is convenient to historic Durango, Hillcrest Golf Course, the Animas River Trail and the Durango Botanical Gardens. The WiiFi was great and the living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. We were able to connect our own Roku to the TV and stream all of our video services. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. We would definitely stay again.

This property served us well during our spring break. It is close to Mesa Verde, Durango Hot Springs, Purgatory, Cascades even Silverton and Ouray! Excellent for hiking, skiing and the Silverton train. Located in a quaint & friendly neighborhood. Host was super accommodating providing coffee and creamer for our arrival. We were also supplied with a few fresh vegetables that we enjoyed learning how to prepare and eat like chayote! The kitchen was excellent for cooking (plenty of spices), loved having dishwasher & laundry detergent provided, house was well suited for our needs! We all also enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided - smelled like the high-end resort kind! My only disappointment was that the queen bed was too firm for side sleeping. My son loved the bunk beds and said they were comfortable!

My spouse and 2 teen daughters spent a great week at Cutros Pinos! We arrived late in the evening and Jake had provided excellent check-in info and had the cabin ready for us. It was very clean, well equipped, and the furnishing are lovely and comfy. The kitchen is very nice— great for meals and we even used the grill one night. The beds were very comfy— my daughters slept on the bunks— the futon-lower bed was “so great” and the upper bunk doesn’t have a lot of head room, but it didn’t bother my other daughter— she also said it was great! Good shower— plenty of hot water and water pressure. Soft fluffy towels, really nice sheets/ pillows/ blankets etc. Because we were there in July, the AC did a good job cooling the cabin during the day if you leave the doors to the rooms open… and then of course windows open at night for that mountain air! The little back patio area was nice and peaceful. A quick and easy drive outside of Durango-- easy to get groceries. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. We went rafting with Durango Outdoor Adventures (really low water but still super fun), rode the steam train to Silverton (amazing views!), rented a Jeep — also from DOA— and drove to Clear Lake and also Animas Forks (ghost /mining town), and toured Balcony House and Cliff Palace at Mesa Verde (don’t skip Balcony House!)…In addition to just enjoying Durango! And, Jake was helpful and responsive as our host! 10 out of 10 all the way!
