This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single family home comfortable sleeps 10, offers sweeping views of the ocean and the sound, beach access just a short walk away, and endless opportunities to make memories that will last a lifetime. Bedroom 1 - Primary Suite: Located on the first floor. Includes 1 King-sized bed, desk/workspace, a private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and direct access to the oceanview deck. Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor. Includes 1 gueen-sized bed, with direct access to the soundside deck. Bedroom 3: Located on the first floor. Includes 1 queen-sized bed, with direct access to the soundside deck. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a spacious bathroom on the first floor that includes dual sinks and a tub with shower. Bedroom 4 - bunkroom located on the second floor. Includes 2 twin bunkbeds with access just across the hallway to a bathroom with walk-in shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer on the 1st floor. This gem of a home is designed with a reverse floor plan. The upper level includes an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen, with ocean views and tons of natural light streaming through the walls of windows! Living Room: Spend time with family and friends relaxing on one of the three loveseats watching a movie on the large screen tv. Dining Room: The table has seating for 6 guests with 3 additional seats at the countertop bar, up to 9 guests can easily share a meal. Kitchen: The kitchen is well stocked with glassware, dinnerware, cookware, utensils and more. It features a large countertop, ample cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze. This home has 2 decks on the oceanside and two decks on the soundside with deck chairs and outdoor dining tables. Take advantage of the beach chairs and beach cart in the storage room under the carport. Enjoy the picnic table and outdoor shower. Plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles with under-house carport.
