Charles, I’m pleased with your acknowledgment of that our great property manager (who is there for all guests during their stay for anything they may need and) was responsive to your comments. And as well, for your kind compliment about the opulence of our $30 M oceanfront estate. The house is adorned with so much beautiful furniture and artwork which includes a 9' concert grand Steinway piano for guest enjoyment. The house also boasts its spectacular coastline, beach and colorful sunset views. For this reason, so many travelers provide mostly all, 5-star reviews after their visit. They are true and experienced guests. When I think of a 3-star review, I often think of a Motel-6 property and not of a $30 M oceanfront estate. I do appreciate constructive comments and if valid, they will be remedied. The house is impressive and offers wonderful privacy and lots of space for families and friends. We agree with you that the house is definitely opulent. We always are improving the house regularly and in fact, I honestly feel that the 4- & 5-star reviews are authentic, but a 3-star review is unwarranted. However, we are fully accepting of all opinions and have no budget when it comes to making our guest experiences, the very best!
