Summary:
Overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean and situated on the 3rd floor, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront condo has to-die-for views along with tropical comfort and a sense of privacy. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.

The Space:
Banyan Tree #305 features bamboo wood flooring and freshly painted interior, along with a spacious and well laid out floor plan, making this unit an ideal choice for families or couples. The living room has comfortable seating placed around a flat screen TV. Wifi is also provided for your convenience. Gather around for your favorite show at the end of the night. The couch in here also serves as a full-size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. A Ductless split air conditioning system is equipped to ensure you stay cool on those humid days.

A washer and dryer are tucked away at the end of the kitchen, suitable for wet swimsuits after a trip to the pool or the beach. The kitchen has all appliances a chef would need to cook delicious meals. When dinner is ready, call everyone over to the dining table with seating for 4. A patio table and chairs overlook the stunning blue ocean. This is the best spot to relax while watching the breathtaking sunset.

The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, has doors to the lanai, and an attached master bathroom. There is a sliding door to separate the master bedroom and living room. The guest bedroom is great for housing the kids with two Twin-size beds. There is also a guest bathroom for everyone to access.

Be sure to take advantage of all the great amenities the complex has to offer. There is an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub. Lounge chairs encourage you to work on a golden tan while you watch the nearby waves roll in. BBQ stations are also available.

We provide 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 cooler for guest use.
