This beautiful property is perfect for a couple, small family, or girlfriend getaway looking for an Emerald Coast "home away from home". No better escape from a work conference at Hotel Effie, Hilton San Destin or the Conference Center. With all of the amenities walkable - right outside the door! Enjoy a workout in the fitness center, catch some rays in the resort pool area, or get your steps in on the miles and miles of tranquil walking paths. Beaches are available Bayside and Beachside! Grand Boulevard events, and shopping, including groceries, are just a short walk away. (Want a ride? Complimentary resort tram is available.) Walk the short path leading from the condo to Baytowne Wharf for breakfast, lunch, dinner and entertainment, family-friendly activities or continue onto the Marina for Sunset Happy Hour.

Great location

Could not ask for a better location for the wine festival. The resort is in the center of it all. Great unit comfortable and well appointed. Very comfy bed with plush linens and pilllows.

Nice stay! Great location!

Communication was excellent! Instructions were clear! Amazing location! Close to everything in Baytown Wharf! Would have been nice to have the guest pass for tram. And toilet was having trouble resetting after flushing. Other than that, excellent stay! Thank you!

Overall nice stay. Great location! Super clean and walking distance to the wharf. Just missing some essentials. I came straight from a two week work trip and needed to do laundry. It’s not in the unit, but close. Since I just came from a long work trip, I was running low on toiletries. There were none in the bathroom. There is a walkable store, but it’s overpriced. I also bought bottled water there. Lastly, there was no freezer. I had medication that needed to be kept in the freezer and had to settle for getting ice twice a day. These are all things that affected me personally which is why I gave 4 stars. Otherwise, great place. Good for short stays.

I stayed here for my birthday and it was everything beyond great! Just enough space, although we were just in and out to shower, eat and sleep lol. The QR Code was giving me issues at the gate to enter but it worked out perfectly. She was very responsive to the few questions I did have. Will definitely book again with her.

Cost friendly, clean place

This place was perfect and affordable for 3 adults, a child, and our small pups. Communication was wonderful and we would stay here again.

Great location

We love staying at SanDestin. We have stayed here before. Communication with the host was great when I asked for an early check in, we ended up not getting there before check in, but I sent 3 messages and called and never heard back. The tram system has changed since the last time we stayed in this area, that was not communicated in instructions, no wifi information and not cleaning instructions. The room is awesome and great location just what we needed for our 3 nights there for my nieces wedding!
