Enjoy this home with a dedicated office and modern touches. 3 Bedroom house with the 3rd bedroom dedicated as an office with a sit/stand desk and ergonomic chair. Laundry with washer and dryer. LOCATION
Perfectly located in North East Mesa, this home is close to dozens of golf courses, restaurants, and the Superstition Mountains. Located in the Sonoran Desert, Mesa is surrounded by a rich and vibrant playground for outdoor recreation. Within minutes from the home, guests can immerse themselves into a legendary landscape â a region full of intrigue and awe that continues to inspire and amaze visitors every day. The outdoor adventure explorer might enjoy hiking mountain tops, kayaking along calm rivers, soaring the skies in a hot air balloon, paddle boarding canyon-carved lakes, cycling the scenic byways or seeing the Sonoran by horseback. Nearly every outdoor pursuit can be experienced here including heading out along the historic and scenic Apache Trail. Just 20 minutes outside of Phoenix and Scottsdale, and 15 minutes from Tempe, home of Arizona State University (ASU). Mesa is also the spring-training home of the Chicago Cubs and Oakland A's.
THE HOME
Enjoy this clean, 4 year old home. The kitchen is well-stocked for LONG STAYS (dishes, pots, pans, blender, spices etc). Enjoy the 70" TV while relaxing on the couch. Feel free to charge your electric vehicle in the attached two car garage, after a day of exploring the surrounding area.
The MASTER SUITE, with a king size bed, has plenty of storage space as well as a dresser/chest for more storage.
The SECONDARY BEDROOM, with a queen size bed, has a closet and is located next door to the secondary bathroom with a tub/shower.
The OFFICE/Third Bedroom, is outfitted with a sit/stand desk and ergonomic office chair. Continue to stay connected by utilizing the dedicated office, closed off from the house with its own door. Additional sleeping accommodations available in the office upon request for stays with additional guests.
The LAUNDRY ROOM has a separate washer and dryer for you, including starter supplies of detergent.
PARKING is a breeze with a two car attached garage. Feel free to charge your vehicle in the garage with a dedicated 240v plug in!
Starter supplies of body wash, shampoo, cooking essentials (salt/pepper, olive oil) and dish/laundry detergent provided at check in.
