Welcome to Simone Tranquilla, a serene retreat nestled in the sought-after East Beach neighborhood of St. Simons Island. This charming home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, all on a single, convenient level to enhance your comfort and relaxation.
THE SPACE
Enter the spacious open concept living area, featuring cozy seating and a large smart TV for your entertainment. This inviting space also includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless-steel appliances, ideal for crafting delicious meals. Venture outside to the charming screened-in porch, an excellent retreat to relax and soak in the serene atmosphere all year round. Whether you are looking for a serene escape or a convenient base for exploring the island, Simone Tranquilla provides the perfect backdrop for your stay.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
