Rentals during the months of June-November will enjoy discounts, and with any rentals of 6+ months’ duration, the 11.5% bed tax is waived! One person in residence must be age 55 or better, absolutely no smoking, and no pets per association rules. You will love our beautiful condo - all you need are your toiletries and clothes!
